Excellent platform for managing all projects

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an easy to use platform that allows us to easily manage projects and update regularly to ensure we are working efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no current downsides with Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the management of a number of projects, and allows the business to be collaborative.

Good way to organize the schedule of jobs

What do you like best about the product?
That it keeps each job separate and lists items out separately
What do you dislike about the product?
I very well might just not be using Monday to it's full advantage, but it would be nice if there was a way for it to send me email notifications as reminders for tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of delivereies, countertop templates and installations, what has been delivered etc.

A good project management tool with a learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com presents itself to be a user-friendly, management tool and they almost fit the bill. I like how they incorporated so many ways to view data, which makes it easier to create reports on my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my less technologically inclined coworkers have struggled with Monday due to using functions incorrectly and lack of knowledge - in addition to any FAQ forums, it would be great to have a comprehensive library of walk-through monday.com videos that can easily be shared within my team for on boarding processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is crucial to our project manager to assess our team's bandwidth so that we can decide whether our team is in a position to handle more requests or not.

Intuitive Product for all your Project Needs

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive! Not a ton of learning curve, and very helpful articles to get started. It's customizable and sleek, and has really changed the way we work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to sort group name by alphabetical order. We have a projects archive board that would better serve us if we could sort that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has created a project tracking and managing tool that we can all see in one place. The slack integrations for notifications is really helpful, and it has made timelines clearer.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday to manage internal operational tasks and I've also started using it to manage client-related tasks. The ability to create a chat within each task and receive updates via email makes life easier and keeps the entire history in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be more flexible in the dashboard tables and in the dashboard searches. The change from left to right in the search has left me confused and made the experience more difficult or a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to consolidate all the different types of requests from my clients into a single platform in order to facilitate deadline visualization, message exchange among stakeholders, and maintenance of request history.

A great tool at work!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaboration aspects of Monday. My office uses it for all sorts of projects, and it is a great way to refer back to records, which I am big on. I have not used a competitor, but Monday is quite robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is easy to use, but I feel like I am not always using it to its full capability. There are so many tools. This isn't really a bad thing, but it makes me want to learn more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to assign tasks and keep up with them so anyone involved can see where projects lie. I love being able to assign myself or others to tasks; it makes our office function much more smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps our expansive team keep in constant communication which is the most important aspect of any successful company.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday can be a little challenging to learn the ins and outs of, once you have figured out how to create boards it is such a help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps communicate across all our departments the tasks that are needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease, agility, and total control of the company's internal processes. We can have internal communication and with clients through the platform in an agile and dynamic way, in addition to customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there are advanced settings that, for people with little technical knowledge of logic, might be a bit complex to understand the flows and automations, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
optimize, automate process flows within Adapt's projects, in addition to reducing time spent on redundant tasks, the automations and integrations have greatly accelerated the team as a whole
