Monday.com is a very useful and complete tool to keep you organized
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com sits perfectly in between having a pre-built off the shelf program and building your own from scratch. It is flexible enough so you can build your products yourself without relying n external developers.It is high level enough so it is easy to pick up and teach yourself how to use it. It is easy to use and user friendly. It's Customer support is also very good and ease to integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
All is good in monday.com but unfortunately I think the free ossibilities are very limited, you have places like Trello and Clickup that let free user manage more and the people should prefer to go there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track projects, deliverables,bits of data, parties, events and even more compliance abd governance matters. We are working on rolling monday.com out to our entire unit so that they have visibility on the status of certain things. Right now, it's just specific people that hace access and we post screenshots of the status. It will be nice to eventually let everyone in and they can see all the details of where we are on each project.
Great Data and tasks Control
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is customizable within the same board, allowing all needs to be met. It is an excellent organizer of tasks and data, allowing us to see the number and types of tasks at the end of a year.
What do you dislike about the product?
when backing up information, the system exports the data without the corresponding files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday allows the company to check the time spent, the bottlenecks in the task, the log of information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can keep my projects and work progress up to date.
using Monday.com really does help me plan whats in system and whats been approved.
I enjoy the fact that I can edit tabs and lables to cusomise my boards.
Imainly use this as a ststus tracker that we use in the agency. But I have friends that use Monday.com to also send in tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly Monday.com is one of myfavourite programs. NO problems with using Mondya.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track of all tasks in the system and agency. I dont need to send out emails everyday telling staff where prajects are and time lines when they can just open my studio traffic dashboard and see the progress of the progects.
I didn't know I needed Monday.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped me become more organized. I was a spreadsheet girl and a bit resistent to using something new. Monday has so many options and that you become more efficient, it integrates your team and automates important handoffs. It's like going from pen and paper to computerized wizardry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to integrate email and I can't make calculations or have a progress bar. It gives options like "working on it", "Done" etc. and you can make up your labels if you want to customize it but there is no progress bar where you're able to say "45% done" and a bar fills in 45% for a visual tracking element.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track and hand off projects. We use it for sales, contract renewals, course creation tracking and I use it for a To Do list and agenda for supervision. My team works seamlessly together and we're able to manage large projects with ease.
Platform of Choice
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the growing integration, number of features, and reliability hooked me about only a few months of trialing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always clear exaclty how a product will function once integrated, so sometimes it is a bit of a gamble relying on the description and screen shots rather than live demos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, streamlining and improving our ability to collaborate. Aiding us in our ability to grow our organizational capacity.
Fantastic project management for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly platform, I love that its all colour coded and easily accessible, intergrations and automations make life easier and I love that I can have the whole team on there and we can see eachothers tasks and updates. They have good customer support when I've needed it. We use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed many downsides, the free plan is a bit more limited than it used to be but we require the paid version anyway, its not too pricy which is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having physical to do lists that get lost, it allows me to info dump everything to do with a certain task or project in the one place, it allows my manager and team to see what I'm working on and vise versa. It also allows me to keep track of what we have achieved to date

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of customizatin and automation I can add to boards allows Monday.com to be adaptable to whatever I need it to do! I have used it to manage home DIY projects / rennovations to multi-million dollar technologie intergrations. It is easy to set up, and Monday.com has always been there to help when we need to do something really advanced. I litterally use this every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike are all the emails my company has set up for me to get! I am constantly checking my monday board, so to get emails with every notification is redundant, but I know there are many poeple who do need the extra reminder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They continue to add addition features, just recently they released a didgital white board that will intergrate into Monday.com! The things I have had to use other platforms and then data migrate are now all wrapped up into one spot, very helpful for collaberation and communication.

With calendar views and timelines that help us efficiently manage resources and deadlines, Monday.com's Planning function gives us a clear picture of our projects.
Crucially, the Task Prioritization tool enables us to swiftly identify and resolve vital tasks, which is essential in our dynamic environment.

Customer assistance responses may take longer than anticipated or be less thorough than planned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us by optimizing our operations, bringing transparency to our initiatives, and strengthening our capacity to provide our clients with outstanding outcomes.
Everything you need tied to the task
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday for about 6 months and it's the best task manager I've ever used. I so enjoy being able to leave notes for myself and others to let them know the status of a project and have the information there as a reminder to myself. I also like leaving information for another person in the project, where it will sit until they're ready to give it their attention. We humans are not great at task switching, and Monday enables me to work collaboratively without forcing my colleagues to task switch unnecessarily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it so much that I dislike not being able to use it for my home life. I would like a way to use Monday for both without compromising my privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to focus on priority tasks for the day, and set the others aside. It reduces stress, and keeps me from feeling overwhelmed.
