Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Super helful to organize my day and make sure all my tasks are organized and completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require some time to and organization skills to ensure everything is trcked

The ultimate tool to organise your team
What do you like best about the product?
The different colours of different groups, along with the status of the task make your workload so easy to understand at a glance. Automation emails are also great to help you set reminders for when tasks need to be done. On joint boards being able to filter by person is super helpful so you can see instantly what work is outstanding and what's been done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation emails were a little tricky to set up, once done they're great but there is a bit of a learning curve to start with to understand them. When files get added to cards they can cause confusion, I would just like the files more visible, as people expect to them in the "updates" tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all work remotely, so bringing the team together on each others projects and having a deadline and clear resposnsbility is important. We are an e-commerce company and have defined sales periods throughout the year, so ensuring creatives are reading for ads by certain dates is paramount. Monday allows me to stay in touch with the remote graphic designer.
Honestly the best work-related tool I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday! I like that it gives me such a collaborative workspace. Things are easily assesible, it's easy to link files and other platforms. Love that it is so task-based, too! I'm a big to-do list person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates aren't always easy to get used to at first, but I like that you are notified beforehand at least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my work life, Monday makes things so easy to keep track of. It completely defeats a lack of organization if utilized to the fullest. It's convenient and sleek and helps me collaborate with people on all different teams where I might not be able to if we used a different platform!

I can keep track of all my task, trainning session, OPS request and ILT TRaining requests.

sometimes can be a little too busy but thats because we keep adding stuff, but you'll get use to it.

What do you like best about the product?
Visual boards are truly incredible. The pre-made automations and integrations make the initial setup incredibly easy and stress-free. Moreover, its user-friendly interface adds to the overall positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost is a bit too much for SMEs.

I think monday.com is a great tool for teams of all sizes. It's easy to use, customizable, and has a wide range of features that can help teams to collaborate, manage their work, and track their prgress. I especially like the way that monday.com provides a single source of truth for all team projects and tasks. This helps to improve visibility and collaboration across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows my team to keep updated about travel, projects, due dates, assignment contacts, and maintain a source for our templates and project docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com is very adaptable, sometimes our team finds the plaform to be a bit overwhelming. I blame my previous statment more on user error than website error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is much more aware as a whole on what everyone is doing. We have been able to maintain a steady collaborative workflow. We also have utilized Monday.com as a primary compository for our weekly check-ins and maintaining our agendas.

Some advanced features are hidden behind higher-tier pricing, which can be limiting for smaller teams. The mobile app experience isn’t as fluid as the desktop version, and occasionally, automation errors occur without clear explanations. Additionally, initial onboarding took time due to the range of features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management has helped us eliminate communication silos and streamline task tracking across departments. Before using monday, we struggled with scattered to-do lists, missed deadlines, and inconsistent updates. Now, we have a centralized system where everyone can see what’s in progress, what’s completed, and what’s coming next. It’s reduced the number of status meetings we need, improved accountability, and ultimately made our team more productive and aligned.
