Monday.com is a great way to manage and document my workload in a way to demonstrates impact.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual representation of data and how automations can be set up to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still trying to master navigating the app platform. Things look different and I can't always complete tasks from the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing cohesiveness in reporting across our organization.
Invaluable Communication Tool for Our Team
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless communication for our team to update one another on status changes for our clients and projects with all of the information in one place and avoiding the email attachment/ too many/too few individuals added to the distribution
What do you dislike about the product?
Team members get overwhelmed by how many things it can do and feel like they can't explore without getting the admin involved (this is really more of an us problem)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating status of tasks and sharing next steps with primary stakeholders. Consolidating files with updates has been great as well to keep everything together on one place for all to access if needed

I can't adjusts some dates. It is supossed to be about configuration. But, at least, I can't do it.

Helps Me Have a Holistic View
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and flexibility in creating boards + dashboards + docs and connecting them to have a holistic view of my team's work and pull data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm excited to see how they continue to build out dashboards. Right now, you can pull the basic information. But if you're trying to get more complex data, it may take a bit more work on your side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearly communicating my projects work and schedule

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to assign tasks to other team members and also view which tasks are assigned to me. Plus, the timeline feature is one of the most effective of its kind!
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading times can be a little long sometimes especially when I am viewing from my laptop computer. It is something negligible, but could over all be improved to better UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is perfect for keeping the entire team in the loop when in comes to product failure tracking, project flow management and timeline tracking. It is perfect for communicating with the team from different countries also!
Monday.com has been a massive help to keeping our small engineering firm organized and transparent.
What do you like best about the product?
How simple and intuitive the platform is to use. It's quite straight forward and if you have knowledge of Excel, it is so easy to dive right in and become effective quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limited functionalities, but they are all perfectly rationalized in a product road map of this size so I can't really fault the company for making the product they have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a hybrid office environment with complex projects located across the country. Monday.com makes it so easy to track everything about that project from start to finish.
Fairly Easy to Use, Does What It's Intended to Do
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it easy to keep projects (and all their different parts) organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult (and not intuitive) to move tasks from one board to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com offers a central location where everyone can keeps tabs and be on the same page with a project, which reduces confusion and promotes productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The numerous amount amount of things you can do, if you have an idea pretty sure you can do it. No clue where to start? They have a great knowledge base to epxlore.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can get lost in translation. You build your boards but can loose yourself in the essence of what you really need! So Always keep that in mind before you overcomplicate any boards. some checklists inside an item wold be great, without it being subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One centralized place for both project and basic data. Great for project sharing with clients and showing Gant charts. We use this to present rollotu plans for clients and the different components to show where we need to go!. Other than that we can also build some triggers when things change our clients upload things that we know what is happening.
Good tool for team work
What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive tool with many options to facilitate and monitor the activities of each of the team members. One of the options I use the most is appointing team members, assigning activities and uploading documents. It is user friendly, and all my team uses it almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to have the option to remember you / send notification of an update at a specific future date, not just one week or another nearby options. In addition, to having the option to modify a file directly within monday without having to upload it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keepping track of each of our clients, and maintaining information on each of their contacts with us. In addition, creating information that we can later analyze to make decisions.

it keeps everything all in one place and is connected to QB, so it works for me for now.

it should make the boards' communication easier. and email integration is too complicated.
