Intuitive Platform with Outstanding Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use and intuitive. There are a ton of options for adapting your product to your needs, and Customer Service is very helpful and proactive. They also follow up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are sometimes complicated to design. The mobile app is not helpful. I can’t access a lot of info I would need. It’s very basic. You’re better off using your laptop or desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s keeping us organized and on time. We can also see where we have needs or opportunities that we can work on easily. It’s a great planning tool; so, it goes way beyond project management. Essentially, it can be almost anything you need it to be
Flexible AI Features and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and AI features are the most practical aspects, and each user can also redefine them to suit their needs. Additionally, the support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you lose track of your automations, it becomes quite challenging to identify and understand the mistakes that occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for planning projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to organize and it holds a lot of information which is very helpful for where I work. We use the forms, the automations, and other features which has been easy for us to then collect edits and data from others outside of our team. My team and I use it every day, so we love and heavily rely on monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the limited number of viewers or guests. I know that varies from plan to plan but we like to have people outside of our team be able to comment and review things we leave in monday. I also get frustrated with the bulleted lists. They seem to never work the way I need them too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of working through our emails and not having to make sure our emails are our main source of workflow and reviews. It's amazing.

The organization of the platform. Very easy and straight forward to use. Easy to keep up with tasks and updates.

The overall display of the platform. Maybe reconsider the tabs/grouping

I absolutely appreciate the Monday updates that are automatically generated and sent to my email. This feature provides me with real-time updates on project progress without the need to log into the system, making my workflow much more efficient and faster. The email notifications streamline the process of staying informed about ongoing projects. Additionally, I really enjoy the vibrant color-coding options available in the software, as they make it visually appealing and help organize tasks better. Another standout feature is the capability it provides for team collaboration, which allows different teams to work together seamlessly on projects, offering greater visibility for upper management. This integration significantly enhances communication and collaboration across different departments, which is essential for my compliance audits and exams management.

I think sometimes monday Work Management has a lot of fields to complete. A simpler, more minimalistic option would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for managing compliance audits and exams, providing visibility to upper management and enabling collaboration with teams. It offers real-time project updates via email, improving efficiency without needing to access the platform constantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaborative nature; that it's easy to see across the team in real-time

Some of the UX is a little clunky- would prefer more intuitive customization options for tables, etc.

I primarily use it for marketing calendar and sales/marketing project management. However, my operations team uses it broadly for operational project management

What do you like best about the product?
It is interactive, you can house all the information for a project - chats, documents, information that is normally spread through emails, spreadsheets, etc so much better to have all the information in one line item or project board. Also setting up automations and notifications when a new project starts, etc. We use it all day everyday throughout design all the way through manufacturing, inventory and shipping. We are collaborating with cusotmers on the site as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to convince my IT/operations team to link our current clunky ERP system to improve automations. So not really a Monday.com issue...a people/mindset issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to track projects and work orders more efficiently through the ease of documentation. We are tracking QC issues more efficiently and regularly. Overall documentation of orders allowing us to store and share history of orders, customers and projects as well as sharing information with stake holders more easily

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how monday Work Management enables seamless collaboration across multiple departments all at once. It's fantastic to manage various dependencies centrally and have access to templates suited for different acquisitions my business is undertaking. I also value the ability to maintain both low-level detail and high-level portfolio management within the platform. The initial setup experience was extremely easy, which was a pleasant surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting elements could be improved with regards to the way data is visualized and represented. Although there have been improvements this year, further enhancements are still needed in this area.

I use monday Work Management to manage business acquisition integrations, allowing for seamless collaboration across departments and handling multiple dependencies with templates, while providing both detailed and high-level management.
