Great Time Management and task tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it lets me manage my time more effectively. Monday has helped my team every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the ui could allow more customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its allowing our whole creative team to stay on the same page and see what each person is working on. It helps us stay efficient, connected and in sync with one another.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to organise teams and create small side projects. It features automation and filtering/reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost too easy to use. It means there's often a lot of boards created which can cause confusion (but I admit this is mostly an internal problem).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mainly for project management and it provies us an easy way to share the plan with our customers and provide real-time feedback/contact away from the myriad of emails.

Easy for me to see what I have going on and what my due dates are.

There aren't any, really. I'm happy with the product as it pertains to my work.

Monday for project organization
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Monday to organize my and my team's tasks, along with time tracking, it becomes very important for me to understand how my performance is and the tasks I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the only point that I dislike about Monday is the software and metrics management part, and this is something that my superiors also complained about.
It's very complicated to get metrics like the Burndown and Burnup graph, I needed a lot of help to be able to have these reports.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving a lot of problems I currently have, especially with activity management.
This benefits me a lot in the sense that I can have greater control over my activities and the activities of my team, and that is certainly one of the reasons I continue to use Monday.

Monday.com has been very helpful in connecting me with colleagues and keeping everyone in the loop.

Networking with other colleagues. Also keeping everyone updated I appreciate.

Can be confusing sometimes. Sometimes it's hard to find what I need.

Helps me order supplies right away, keeps me updated when thngs arrive. Helps keep things more efficient. I'm more productive.
Overwhelmingly Convenient and Accessible!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and user-friendly it is. They are always adding new features along with helpful tips on how to best utilize them. And their customer service and other help is phenomenal and swift! Monday.com is essential for our company's day to day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes at the moment. I am still newer to using it, and every day I find new features to utilize for our company. It has so much to offer. It is overwhelming but in the best way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has many clients and monday.com is a great tool for keeping them organized for the entire company. We use this to keep our many clients separate so that we know exactly each one's projects and needs. It also helps us greatly with in-house communication, as all we have to do is tag the person we are trying to communicate with.
A great project management system for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I really like having boards that are easy to share with teams members to capture the progress of our projects as well as having customisable fields for different board's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an better to-do widget that doesn't have a limit on field entries. I use it alot and constantly run out of fields. Can an unlimited version be available?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to know where team members are up to in their project status which is useful for a small team who work varying hours remotely so we dont need to be dropping emails at odd times and can just see the progress on Monday.com
Very Useful Work Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
It feels as though the software "thinks" for me at times. Not in the "Alexa is always listening" way. I mean in the "everything seems to work the way I need it to" way. I use their "write updates via email" feature and it has been incredibly useful as a way to set and forget about things. I use the software daily and it hasn't dropped the ball as of yet. I appreciate the consistent updates. It's very reassuring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that there are instances when they "fix" something only to "break" something else. Not in the way that it doesn't work at all anymore but in the way that now it's working in a weird way. I understand that sometimes we redesign things to give them a fresh feel but the old saying remains true. If it's not broken, dont fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product is like a central hub, per se. It brings all of our teams together under one umbrella. This obviously increases productivity because of the collective confidence in the project. This software makes you feel like you can do "it" with minimal effort and maximum efficiency.
Great Tracking System
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me oragnized will all of the different products I have to managae and it allows me to stay on top of my team
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some glitches and seems to freeze a lot- with it being web based, if our internet goes down, we cannot access it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 100+ items we continously work on and have other departments handle each season, so having a place to document everything where others can access the info they need is great. The weekly status helps me track what projects are behind and they help me track my direct reports
Easy to use, better than Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
If you do not have a CRM engineer and are looking for a seamless, easy to onboard CRM Monday is the best choice. I've used Salesforce for 10+ years and found Monday to be a much better choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a lot of people using Monday and are not careful about permission setting data can get messy very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our Sales funnel is essential to track progress towards company top line KPIs. With Monday is easy to track our overall funnel and report on KPIs.
