What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very simple to use and navigate. The colors of the platform make it entertaining and organizable. It's extremely convenient for cross functionality because it allows multiple teams to collaborate. It also integrates with our softwares, such as slack and gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating between times. It allows us to store multiple requests in 1 space.

I wish the Monday docs and tables within docs worked as well as Word did!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so easy to use, easy to customize and implement and also integrate. Customer support is excellent and prompt, the number of features is virtually endless and with the mobile app it makes frequesnt use a breeze. My company uses Monday in the pipeline and oilfield industry to keep projects on track, within time and budget, and Monday assists with all of this by assisting with customizations and meeting needs where EVERY OTHER PM programs have failed. We schedule, track, dispatch, bid, invoice, and share projects with customers, and other programs that integrate with Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the bucket price of seats for additional users, however, we will work with it and fill the additional seats as needed. The program and customer service is well worth the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Monday is actively solving is active crew assignements, time tracking, dispatching, automations within projects that are customizable, tracking, and GANTT charts all in one app. Most companies need 4 different programs to be integrated in order to do all of these things. Monday has mastered it all in one space.

Though sometimes in our line of work it seems repetitive to keep up with the Monday.com boards along with other things in person.

Low capacity for volume information, and some bugs. But i know they are working on the monday Database

Great platform that made for buisnesses with office on different locations, seamless connectivity among teammates, i really found this tool with valuable features like diverse board creation functionality.its extensive integrations with other apps applifies itself and cant forget to mention its performance is very great and customer support as well.

The interface is smooth and user-friendly. I didn’t have to stress at all to understand how everything works. Plus, the customizable boards and various templates make it easy for me to tailor things to my specific needs. It’s like having my own personal assistant, always ready to keep me on track.

There is nothing to dislike about Monday.com, for someone like me juggling multiple projects, it's been a life saver.

It solves the problem of having me reach out to teammates personally to get project updates. I simply have to check the board to get updated.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform that I use daily because it is easy to use, to explain and implement in areas it is easy to do so. When I have had problems, the support team responds in a timely manner. The features it has are very helpful for performing integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of automations is low in the low-cost range. It is costly for small businesses or startups.
