What do you like best about the product?
It can be tailored made for towards any specific necessity you have. I have a bunch of different boards that works perfectly for my day to day work. Also, with the templates you can get inspired
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more integrations with different apps, google Looker, Google spreadsheets, in a easier and better look and feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily tasks that needs a group collaboration and helps us track the tasks we requested in a easier way that makes our teams be more productive.

I've been using Monday.com for a while now and I'm thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. What do you like best about the product?
We have a lot of projects globally. I love monday.com because it allows us to add updates without clogging the email inbox. It's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a downside to monday.com other than you must continue learning to have it work best for your projects and your personalized needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest help is that we know what has been done and what needs to happen next for all of our projects. We are more productive and our performance has increased.
Efficient and Great For Teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to share progress among co-workers. The notes section, deadlines and status sections all make it very simple to keep a group project organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides. I do wish that columns would apply to the entire table vs. by section but overall it's a minimal improvement to be made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping all of our staff utilize one central workspace for multiple projects across various departments. Making and following a project plan usings the site is user friendly, interactive and helpful to multiple users.

What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not always centralized on just one board; sometimes, it's necessary to open multiple boards to gather the information about a single client. One board doesn't have the information from the other; we work with multiple boards because they contain separate pieces of information that cannot be kept solely on one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to get the information of the client very organized, and updates for the case. Yes, it helps me to be more productive. The business pergormance increased, but still not having the information centralized.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that you can collaborate with peers and keep projects/tasks moving by identifying different statuses and moving tasks to different groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could itemize further. For example, we wanted to use Monday for our teams project board but were unsuccessful in going as deep as we wanted to/assigning project owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our team, monday is keeping us orgnized in one central place. We offer several trainings so this is a historical tool for us to keep track and organized as we assess how recent our trainings are/when we have to follow-up.

What i like most about monday.com is the flexibility we have to customize it to fit our needs. And once those needs change, its easy to update also.

Complexity: Some users find Monday.com to be overly complex and difficult to set up, especially for users who are not familiar with project management or task tracking software.

Organization, time and task management. In addition, it made the visualization clearer for the whole company where everyone is spending their time.
