It is very simple and well designed and very easy to use even for starters

The full support and that it's very easy to use, well designed and formatted, and very easy to understand

lots of updates mostly UI updates that keeps changing every once in a while and having to get used to these changes everytime

Well, organizing work haven't been as easy as I've seen it with monday, it is very simple, organized and still vivid and clear image
Great CRM base and internal usages
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com can be used for a lot of things in a very basic to somewhat advance sence, they are expanding what you can do with the OS all the time, small buisnesses can use them for quotations, pay roll and tasks sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
it has its limits and can seem itimdating to others and sometimes there is just to much color going which can discourage some users, I like it but some like color control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use it for quoting currently, which has been a big help so far. We also use it for project management tracking and task amangement between myself and my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I am currently an MBA student and in my opinion it is a nice illustrative platform that enables me to track my projects, courses, personal goals. I put in different boards different topics as: Subjects of Univeristy, Strengths that i want ot improve, projects. I am happy and can allocate tasks and subtasks and the most important, i can see my progress. Monday enables me to be the manager of my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now i am still exploring all the tools in order to track the progress of all my projects. I am using the free version so this might limitate me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an MBA student, Monday is helping to manage my life professionally and personally. Recently, I used it to set the topics of my course in Finance. I created Task and SubTack, which helped me set a date and track my progress. I was ready on time for my exam

The more excellent interface and customizations help to work effectively and close the tickets.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can improve on locking of customizations. Because there might be possible to move or tweak any changes accidentally, the exact needs to be identified and corrected later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its more straightforward interface helps to collaborate with multiple clients with each of its projects respectively. It provides a more significant ticket and notification system that allows developers to take necessary actions at the right time.

Some extra options would be great but I think its more cross functionality, for example an possibility to automatically create google ads campaigns from within Monday would be awesome!

A Good CRM for any business
What do you like best about the product?
Monday was very useful when it came to managing information and creating automations to help with that information. Sorting was easy and the user ability was very good as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the negatives about Monday.com is the automation equations. With so many of us use to using excel or sheets with equations, switching to this CRM and having the equations be different or not similar to those of excel, can make the user frustrated with having to search ways to do equations that are easy on excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday made managing tasks and new clients more simple. Allowing for easy tracking and sorting helped speed up productivity and allowed for work to be done elsewhere.
