Flexible, practical, and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility that Monday offers for creating boards according to our needs, making project management easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to declare, particularly I don't see anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me organize my activities daily, in addition to helping me create an easy visualization of the teams' activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to understand the app layout, being very functional for creating processes and tracking the entire development of each task

I would like to be able to hide columns without needing to delete them

I find the visualization very colorful, I would like to be able to change the colors of Monday.

Monday.com is customizable. But the main feature is that it helps with tracking projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It depends on the user. It may become a burden if it is overcrowded with information.

Project tracking. Providing relevant information regarding project status and needs.

I like the workflow aspet and the intuitiveness in the display. Its also realy easy ton integrate / implement in the teamwork.

I wish it would translate easier into excel spreadsheets

Monday.com is so much better than Trello

The layout and UI of Monday is great, plus the automation features save time.

We used to use Trello, which was very clunky and didn't handle the organisation of sub tasks within a project very well. It also had no automation.

I really like how flexible Monday.com is and that you can use it to delivery pretty much any outcome you desire. The collaboration and ability to share collateral, updates and projects makes it extremely powerful.

The only challenges of monday.com for me is understanding everything it can do and staying on top of the latest developments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to track the time our team spends, so that we are able to effectively ascertain the profitability of our departments and projects. It enables us to stay on track across departments and collaborate to achieve the completion of larger projects on time.
Monday.com really helped our team manage and access our data easily.

Monday.com, is one of the platform we used at work, and we always use this for all our operations. And I feel safe with Monday.com, as we have the power to create a folder and choose a specific group that can access it exclusively.

Sometimes notification doesn't really work.

Our team can easily collaborate, communicate, and share updates in real time with Monday.com. It significantly improved our team's communication overall and helped us reduce misunderstandings.
