Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has a nice and easyly use UI & UX. Its so useful. It speeds up our work a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
More shortcuts may be available for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to manage sprint and follow velocity, to follow task.

I like the ease of creating new boards and adding people and tasks

I don't really like it when the automations for moving tasks to other columns are a bit slow or don't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It avoids disorganization in my day-to-day work and keeps my leaders informed of the tasks I am currently performing, which facilitates communication.
Good Project Management Collaboration Program
What do you like best about the product?
I like about monday all the integration capabilities it offers I have all my dashboards integrated with external programs and it's great because it increases my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's one thing I dislike the most about Monday and it's that their pricing is normally very high and that you have to buy the user' licenses in group of 5 and not per user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I use monday the workflow management in my team has improved and increased the productivity. I have my sales pipeline there and everyone can be assigned tasks and work simultaneously.
Very useful, but sometimes complex

I can see all the information with ease, the automations also help in the day to day, in addition, the fact of having an activity log makes it easier to know who touched what.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a board has a lot of information, which makes it difficult to find the information a little faster. What bothers me is that some automations are more difficult to do, we have people responsible for dealing with monday because it ends up being unintuitive at times

The biggest problem that monday solves is that we manage to have all the information synthesized in one place, I can control the time of each task, add customers to monday, set up an entire production conveyor belt
Monday.com for lab teams juggling complex and inter-dependent projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a flexible app to assign projects to lab team members and organize a high-level perspective of what is needed to achieve by quarter and by year to meet the company, department and team goals. It allows each lab member to see their activities only via a dashboard view, while at the same time having the ability to view the entire team. It is a fast, easy and flexible system that fixes the problem that has burdened lab scientists, and Lab managers for decades; enabling organization, alignment, timing and priority with the ability of sending emails, communication updates and chats via the monday.com online app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Views of gantt charts are limited to copy paste into ppt for communicating to senior leaders progress, priorities and strategies. Too spread out and lots of print screens are needed to create the views needed. Subtasks are not visible on the Gant chart making the system cumbersome, less flexible, and less efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick, flexible, communication via emails and focus for each individual, I'll have any ability to see long-term priorities, and strategies pertaining to goals. Managing lab scientist as well as experiments timing projects and inter-dependencies.

Although Monday has some integrations with other popular tools, it may not support all the desired integrations, which can make it difficult to synchronize with other tools used by the team. Depending on the size of the team and the resources needed, Monday can be relatively expensive compared to other project management options.

The Monday.com platform helps solve various common problems in project management and team collaboration, such as disorganization and lack of visibility, inefficient communication, and difficulty in task assignment and tracking.
practical and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
practical, fast, and simple design. I like it a lot because it enables our learning and is intuitive. The colors are very striking and not tiring. It is also possible to add links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I update the status of a spreadsheet, it takes a while for the timer to update that the activity has stopped, and I need to press F5 or open it again. To make it even better, I think if there was an option for direct video conferencing, it would be very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me manage my own work on a daily basis and with client deliveries, as well as with my internal and external communication. It is very practical.

Monday.com captures all the tasks that I need to do, and with an OUtlook Add-in from ESL, my outlook is integrated seamlessly with Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides. I would like there to be better Calendar integration, and prioritisation of the Workday, but otherwise no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is keeping track of all the Projects - and their subtasks - to ensure we do projects well with the deadlines allocated.
