What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized Monday is. The ability to group projects makes it simple to find tasks with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest allowing to modify notifications for task lines instead of per line per group.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can choose the work flow that works best for you, and even if you decide you need another trackable item along the way, it is just a click away!
What do you dislike about the product?
That some of the items can't be deleted. We have a specific portfolio that is locked and we can do nothing with. Even the support team couldn't help us get it deleted. Also, would love a more printer friendly option. When prepping for meetings, and wanting to print for support staff who don't have Monday.com - the print outs don't do the program justice and have a poor quality. I do realize that this goes against what Monday would like to accomplish, but could be a great tool and even promote adding members if they could see a better printed product to have in hand. Right now, it is lacking and unattractive or not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps our CEO and I be on the team for task management and accomplish more. He travels frequently, but Monday helps us be able to still collaborate and communicate.

What do you like best about the product?
I have loved Monday.com for years! I talk about it all the time with friends and colleagues. It works so well to organize, track, and monitor my projects that I cannot get enough! And don't get me started on those llamas!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I don't like about Monday.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track the number of people that I train and interact with for work, it makes it easier then to report those numbers to those above me.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the platform has allowed us to easily adapt it to different development methodologies, such as Agile. We use Monday.com to track the progress of different development tasks, such as implementing new features in a web application. And without a doubt, the customizable dashboards allow us to segment projects into phases and assign tasks efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience with this platform has been mostly positive and satisfactory in all aspects. Monday.com offers a comprehensive solution for project management and team collaboration in the Technology, Information and Internet sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of communication, the ability to comment directly on tasks and share important files within the platform has improved our efficiency. We no longer rely on scattered emails or messages to keep us updated on the progress of a project.

I have no issues with monday.com. Monday.com has been good to use.

automations sometimes doesnt work. some work gets missed thus it frustrates me as a worker.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com gives our team one central location to track every project, campaign, or single task so that everyone on the team can see exactly what needs to be or has been done. Collaborating within Monday is much more efficient than tracking down email threads or Teams or text messages. All updates can be made directly on each task, with all files and assets attached directly to the item. We can see exactly where our time is being spent to maximize our team's efficiency. Using forms for requests has cut down on excessive communication to get all the details for each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major complaint I have about Monday.com right now is that all groups on a board must have the same columns. I'd like to be able to organize all items related to a certain category or project on one board, but sometimes I need to track different data or otherwise have a different setup between the groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us stay on top of the hundreds of projects we have going at one time across our team. It also helps us create workflows that we can use across projects for consistency and efficency.

Easy access to your programming needs

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can personalize any information that you need to have for your program into the system, including all of your forms, spreadsheets, and surveys. The ability to create a referral form was extremely helpful. Using the program has helped me to implement my parenting programs to easily access the information I need. Integrating all of the forms that I use into the system has made it a breeze. I'm able to use the program daily to stay up to date on my referrals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integration methods can be somewhat confusing at first, but once you get used to the system, it becomes extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped me to keep all of my referrals in one place, and helps me to keep track of each referral. I'm also able to track projects, and parenting support providers within the company.
