What do you like best about the product?
I can able to manage my time in the proper order and time management is more imporatant in this era which hel me to grow faster and increase my efficency

Some of the tools need to updated and provide in the order of grading system will be more effective in order to operate the system, this has to be more coulurative and informnation and buzz should be

This is help me to mamage my time and task orintation would be more prferable to enhance the task and it will help my team to increase the data

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable and very well-suited for fostering collaboration, extending its benefits even beyond the confines of traditional teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. If I had to look for something, it would be the relatively high costs for a start-up

What do you like best about the product?
I like the friendly UX and how easy it is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! For what we require, it's good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps all the stakeholders for each task or project to easily access and engage with it. To keep track of the projects and to interact with different departments that sometimes are also part of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I can tailor a board exactly to how I want to use it, the automations and integrations are fabulous and save me a bunch of time, and the functionality is growing all the time. I use this everyday and find the templates and FAQs really helpful too. I've taught a couple people in my team how to use it and now we can't do without...
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more templates, like a user created library, they can be a bit limited depending on the area. Sometimes the automation can feel a little limited/hard to set up too, but I'm generally pretty happy with that and the 'create your own' functionality. I'd love more AI tools like prioritisation that seems to be coming up as a helpful aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm managing our pipeline of campaigns, contracts with due date reminders so we don't have to think about it, pushing notifications to our team on slack so everyone stays up to date on tasks/due dates.

You can access it easily and no hard time finding what you need.

Nothing to dislike, all of the Application's features are easy to use.

Monday can keep files and you can locate them easily whnenever you need.

Awesome task tracking

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is highly customisable with an easily understanble hierarchy to organise our tasks. We're able to enter and assign tasks properly to ensure no tasks are missed for eas of tracking and accountability. The uptake to use this tool is high and most team members find it easy to use and understand the task items. It is used by all team members on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. We just need to get better at maximise the use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have collaboration and tasks management using spreadsheets that are shared. This made it really difficult to keep track of all the different tasks across different teams and projects. Monday.com enabled us consolidate all of these into one place where we can share, assign and collaborate.
Troubleshooting requests are channeled to a board where a designated team can look after in a timely manner and this removes many emailed requests, whilst centralising all requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible it is, I looked at other options but they were very rigid and did not allow the ability to literally customize everything to fit how my brain works.
What do you dislike about the product?
No platform is perfect, there are a few features I wish they would add, but they are adding stuff all the time.... so hopefully just a matter of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves my schedule and tracking time spent on jobs, I also have created custom boards to help organize other projects and businesses

Ability to assess the status of many tasks at a glance
What do you dislike about the product?
Option fatigue can impact new people trying to configure their own spaces.

Calendar solutions don't fit my needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transparency in projects and tracking in monday.com, with last actions across multiple locations and multiple issues, with multiple stakeholders easily found is amazaing.

What do you like best about the product?
My team and I use Monday everyday.
• Helps me keep track of my day-to-day tasks as a founder;
• Helps me and the company keep track of our gosls & roadmap;
• Enabled my team (and different departments) to keep up on tasks, measure KPIs, be up to date on our objectives/results;
• Monday is amazing to engage with our clients, receive requests (via Forms), and it sets us apart from our competitors;
• It's an easy tool to use to share knowledge;
• Integrations are seamless!
We love it. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Paying for 5 seats minimum (even if you don't use 5 seats) is a lot costly when you're starting a business. I wish there would be a pay-per-seat solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Easy to track communication and workload;
• We can have almost everything in one place - which is great. Thanks to monday.com, we stopped using 3 other apps;
• Intuitive ways of keeping up with KPIs (both for the team and our clients);
• We're now way more organized with our clients.
