What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to build and customize for your firm's needs. Having ZERO experience with a CRM the project took a couple of months to build out. The cost and intuitiveness of the software makes the product very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations to connecting boards. Boards are independent of one another which can make a seamless connection between boards not always possible (ie. updates not copied over on both boards or subitems). You will need to go to third-party apps that are an additional charge monthly. Monday.com does not integrate with many apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking lead generation and connecting the team together. A workspace where everyone works from makes it seamless to track progress and efforts. Reporting is very valuable as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an awesome tool for tracking my tasks unconditionally. Such an outstanding tool. And the features in it are most needed for IT platform. Really loving it and I'm amazed by its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX in mobile need fixes as they are not fine with different mobile devices. Also need more videos on how to utilise each of the icons in the tool as I was not aware of the uses of the icons in it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to track the task individually also it helps to see the old data as well on time with simple search and filters. Those storage related management are super fine.

I like being able to update multiple people at one time on an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not care for how I have to go into each board to look at photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to notify multiple people on a project.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very nicely designed. It's visually appealing and easy to use, which is a benefit when using it across various levels of tech skill.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I could work effectively without it. It's a good to-do list or task tracker, but it wouldn't replace any CRM platform we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me what the others are working on and helps prevent us double-booking a task

What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is. The fact that I can easily switch between my customer profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It cannot be utlised for everything I would want to do with one platform. Like document lifecycle management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great platform to centralize information and manage teams as well as projects. This provides a great tool for my company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
As every platform that provides a lot of resources, I feel like the onboarding process and UI could be even more user-friendly so the platform gets more buy-in within the organization

I feel like Monday is a great tool for centralizing information on project-based businesses and initiatives

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create, move, and archive tasks, and move between workflows. Anyone on the team can see all the steps for each project and its progress. Automations have been really helpful, especially between Slack and Google Drive. The subtasks are really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it notified you about upcoming deadlines on your assigned tasks. I also wish the calendar view was better -- It's hard to read the ticket items and more challenging to color coordinate our social media post calendar by platform than I would have thought. For some boards, I wish you could make dividing lines to break up weeks in the Main Table view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our company to plan out our content creation by week and month, and keep track of misc. tasks/requests from other departments. It really helped us assign to-dos and give feedback in a space that wasn't Slack, as that got overwhelming to see the notifications when someone else was reviewing/working on a project. This way, when we're ready, we go into monday and see the updates on any feedback or task completions.
