Transformed the way we work!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, it really helps bring in all the right people you need on each project when it's not as simple as it first seemed. Really agile in that you can amend it as you go, and change all the details, who's assigned, the priority, the category and most importantly all of the workflows can be designed around you, so it really does work the way you want it to. It keeps the team really organised and makes managing the design studio a breeze, with being able to find and track everything so well. We use this everyday without fail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is some features are still being developed and some existing parts need more development, for example:
Updates - when updating a project, if the comment or reply is within a thread on Monday, it does not show up on the "all updates" feature/tab - so atm the only way to be able to view all updates, is to instruct everyone to use email and the copied in email address to all comms
Cross Scrolling - lots of scrolling, would be good to see all of the project summary and info in a more tablular/contained format, similar to that when you assign a project to yourself and you can see it pop up on screen as one panel, rather than scroll across.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a teams workflow effectively is quite chaotic without a system and piece of softwar to help you do so effectively, where everyone has access to see what they need and manage it as a team as well as individually. In addition our teams work indpeendantly sometimes and when there is cross over, it's easy to tag the design team into a wider marketing/BD project for example.
Organised and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Between our team we can see who's doing what, when it needs to be done by and any comments. It's also really easy to filter it so that you can just see a particular person or your own tasks. It's very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of features which aren't needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to work as a team and have a complete overview of what is going on.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using monday.com for 3 years now and my whole team is using it for the flow of the project we have different departments and in each project, we create the rows according to your hierarchy for each month. From design to schedule monday.com is the perfect tool to do down the hours and automation. We can integrate and automate every other tool here.
The upside it is economical and you can record several months in it. Click on the button to start work and click again after done.

Sometimes there is a bug the buttons do not work.

It helped me solve the task management and work duration.

I love the flexibility of the platform and the different widgets and automation tools

I dislike how you can only have one table per board. Sometimes in a single space I want table with different columns

Very intuitive project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can work together on boards but still work in different filters. That way everyone can use the tool the way they prefer. It also offers lots of different column options, which allows you to tailor your boards to your project/processes' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing of integrations for enterprise being based on amount of users. This stops us from using lots of integrations that would actually benefit us a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to bundle lots of information in a different way, while maintaining a good overview on your KPI's, workload, deadlines, budgets etc.
Collaborative Platform At Its Finest
What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can create our boards and connect them to a different board viewed by the specific audience or consumers of reports. Automation and integration features are there to build workflows and reports with ease and can be self-learned. A platform where everyone can connect, work together, and push each other to fulfill important company goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there is limited visibility of notes or commentaries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its automation and integration features cut the problem of doing it on another platform. Ease of creating the board and having it readily presentable for reporting.

Simple, intuitive interface that is quick and easy to understand and streamlines my daily work

Customisable workflows and boards can overcomplicate workflows if not properly considered and implemented.

Monday.com puts all of my work in a simple, clean and easy to understand display that makes my life simpler!

Nothing so far but it could send more updates to the team on project status

It solves the problem of sending multiple emails regarding one project and it saves everything in one spot
A succinct and powerful CRM which I use every day.
What do you like best about the product?
Upsides of using Monday are that it is easly accessed by all owners/users of the board. I also like how it links to Microsoft platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit clunky, but this is more to do with me using it through Chrome I imagine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's operating as a CRM to replace Excel as a means of tracking client contact and engagement.
Very useful online versatile project management tool, better efficiency for our team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations and organization of the data. Good customization and net positive productivity add. Allows our team to work streamlined and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI could be better. At least on the desktop app, I can't minimize or reduce font size so all of my information can fit in the window(for example on my browser I can change the zoom) I can't do that on my app.

Allows us to collab with coworkers and have clear visibility over our workload. Cleaner and more organized.
