Monday makes categorizing and priotizing tasks easy and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Automations do the work for you to run in the most efficient way. It was easy for our team to set up the processes and expand as workflows change. Our entire department uses it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some limitations in connecting boards and duplicating tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to show transparency in workflow across teams in our department. There is a clear process of where the task is and how long it will take to complete.
All in One Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is virtual board that will notify team members immediately when new tasks are entered. It is a place to add everything you need from Dr. Vacation times, Several office location information, Team building needs, Staff wants. multiphase projects, etc. etc. I could go on and on. This board is so easily customizeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimum Team size. Must have a Pro account for time tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting us in Planning andtracking our work is a necessity in the field of dentistry. It also helps us keep up with goals , objectives for the goals and our results on a weekly or daily basis ( or as much as you like) I have created workflows from here that are easy to share. Great programming!
monday.com is MUST for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I like monday.com Docs the best because it helps me stay organized and efficient at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you export boards or docs that it doesn't look as good on the PDF as it does in monday.com so it's hard if you need to present whatever it is you're exporting out of monday.com. I redo the design after the content is exported from monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I juggling multiple projects at once all the time (like most of us) and monday.com is useful from idea to execution.

I love how easy it is to collaborate across teams; the ability to create projects, all the templates available, and integrations are an absolute plus.

On your board, there are subitem and column restrictions, I would like the ability to add unlimited sub-items and also the ability to change column categories by groups.
On each workspace, there are also restrictions for folders, I would like the ability to add folders within folders.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep clean and consicise data in one location, assigning timelines, and holding people accoutable for the items. monday.com serves as my agenda for all my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basics here. The ability to move an item from a sub category. Which requires that a conversion happens first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to capture customer specific data allowing me to share that data, and giving my customer the ability to review and even add or update specific data. It's my guide for all my customer facing meetings creating opportunities to add, update, and check off items in real time. Capturing clear and accurate data and serving as my running agenda for all my following meetings.

It keeps everything organized, easy to access and very user friendly. Their customer support while having an issue are very helpful. They have anumber of features available to you, that make the experience that much better.

There isn't aything I can think of that I dislike, I hink Monday thus far has done a great job at their wbesite.

Keeping everything organized and alerts be of deadlines which helps us greatly in our business.

monday proves to be a completely dynamic and adaptive tool for different types of task organization. The platform also provides tools capable of providing accurate metrics and intuitive dashboards.

The tool could provide easier integrations with Microsoft office-type software

What do you like best about the product?
Once you've used Monday.com as part of your workday, it is impossible to work without it. I have implemented this tool at the last 3 orgs. I have worked. Luckily management has supported this platform as well and found the value in it.
What's not to like? I guess the best thing about it is the EASE of using the boards. The tool is SO user friendly that after just a quick tutorial you can start using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I know this sounds weird but it's addicting! You can't ever go back once you've been introduced to this tool. Throw away the "to do" list and pen and paper because Monday will spoil you!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbox and email overload!! Now that we can share information via a board we have cutdown on emails tenfold! No more waiting for someone to get back to you with an answer whent he data is at your fingertips and sharable across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate with a number of people in a simple and clear well. Also the ability to organise data and have multiple 'groups' while ensuring data safety. Also, this is an app that is used daily by mutiple people, its great to see that updates are instatneous.

No chat feature within the app, it would be nice to be able to communicate in real time with the team

Monday allows a global team to be in the same 'space' by breaking down barriers created by distance

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of processes, where a change or a new request arrives for everyone via email and is easy to manage ongoing activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very intuitive at the beginning, being a bit difficult to create new processes.

We receive client requests through Monday, which are notified directly via email, making it easier to view the task and is good for informing the requester about the progress of the activity.
