No more endless email threads
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday at work in marketing makes my day-to-day so much easier and better organized. Managing multiple clients and projects is simplified thanks to separate Monday boards, where you can track progress and see all updates at a glance. No more endless email threads where information gets lost!
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs. Especially the one where pressing Command+Z too many times can cause you to lose your entire message or update. It has happened to me several times — I’ve lost long and complex briefs because of it.
Also, scheduling messages (like emails) doesn’t work properly. I once scheduled an important update to be sent on a specific day while I was on vacation, and my clients never received it.
Sometimes, attaching images in messages fails, so I always end up having to include links instead.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows us to build everything we need for our organisation in one place. With easy to set up boards and forms this is something we can use charity wide to get sign ups for our events and feedback for these. We use Monday.com everyday and is the main place for our to-do lists for all events, holds our content calendars and everything in between. The system is easy to use and once the first board was built within days we could replicate everything we needed, built in with our emails and other existing systems to make our work flows even easier. The use of Monday.com has reduced the time certain tasks take by an incredible amount meaning our team have a higher capacity to work on more important task than highlighting on spreadsheets. The customer support we have received has always been fast, reliable and friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Monday.com is that on a board, all tables have to be the same. If you could create multiple tables on one board this would be incredible however, we have found ways that work for us to go past this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing the time that we spend on tasks associated and allowing our team more time to do the work than the organisational admin around this. It allows everything in one place and the team can collaborate better as we have a view of what we have done and what the team still needs to do.

What I appreciate most about Monday Work Management is its flexibility and clarity when managing structured workflows like IT onboarding and offboarding. I use it extensively to track tasks such as account provisioning, equipment assignment, and ensuring proper deactivation and return during offboarding. The customizable boards and automations allow me to keep everything transparent and on track—nothing slips through the cracks.
The most helpful aspect is how it centralizes communication, checklists, and ownership of each task. Whether it's ensuring a new hire receives their laptop or confirming that all SaaS access has been revoked for a departing employee, every step is traceable. I can assign tasks to team members, add reminders, and view progress in real time, which gives me peace of mind and operational control.

the pricing equal to other products, but it still more mature and easy than other solutions I tried before

Besides helping ensure nothing is missed, Monday also provides a clear, well-organized dashboard for ongoing tracking and follow-up.

There are constant notifications when working on a larger team, every single action can be controlled and notified per user's choice.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy using Monday.com due to its user-friendly and visually intuitive interface, which makes task and project management clear and efficient. I value the flexibility to create custom boards tailored to various workflows such as QA processes, bug tracking, onboarding, and team planning. The automation features help save time and reduce manual work, while the seamless collaboration with other teams keeps everyone aligned. I also appreciate the powerful reporting tools and KPI tracking, as well as the wide range of integrations that streamline our entire workflow — all in one centralized platform.

While Monday.com is a powerful and flexible tool, one challenge I've encountered is that as boards become more complex, they can become harder to navigate and slower to load. Additionally, some advanced reporting or cross-board functionality requires workarounds or third-party tools, which can be limiting in certain scenarios. That said, these are relatively minor issues compared to the overall value the platform provides.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps the team collaborate and build systems that help us have control and be efficient. It is easy to use, allthough it takes a bit of time to learn everything, because there are so many options. We use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to move subtasks to DONE groups without converting them in to items first. I would like if it was possible to integrate email from google plus some kind of customer service chatbot, so that we could do all operations from monday. Now I have to pay for several platforms for this. Integration with Kajabi would also be good to have.

It lets us have almost everything in one place, and helps us have "the big picture"

We have found that Monday has been a game changer for our business. It is extremely easy to set up Boards with various amount of information included and the functionality to search/filter is amazing.
The data we can track and extract to give to the wider business has been well received.

The only thing that I dislike about Monday.com is sometimes what we want to do is super specific, due to the highly customisable nature of the platform, is not possible. But the great thing about Monday.com is that we get offered the opportunity to suggest changes and vote in a community forum for feature requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping solve our collaboration issues, all tasks are visible so it becomes easier to jump in and assist someone when required or just to be able to view updates for ourselves without having to ask someone.
