Great product for a fair price

What do you like best about the product?
It's customizability.
Whatever you need, and however you need it, if you are creative and know the platform well enough, you will be able to build it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without the enterprise plan, your control on permissions is low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using a single software to manage a business with multiple departments. It makes communication and collaboration very quick and easy.

Sometimes I forget to update it. I turned off as many notitifications that were originally implemented beacuse it was overwhelming.

It's solving communication issues between teams, especially when working remotely.

My honest thoughts after using Monday.com for 2 years

What do you like best about the product?
Best for summaries, reports, and your data management, team can review, monitor and post updates.

After moving to Monday, we saved time creating new tasks, preparing for our weekly management meetings, and we saved money tracking the progress of projects.

Monday has been a great tool to help us stay on top of all our tasks and Projects. It has given us the ability to create custom Boards that are tailored to our specific needs, which has in turn allowed us to be more efficient in managing our daily, weekly and regular projects/operations. We have implemented the Monday.com in whole organization and most of our conversation is on Monday.com.

Ease of use: Just like any other CRM out there, it has its learning curve but its user-friendly interface makes it easy for anyone on the team to use without needing any prior technical knowledge or experience.

Notification: Monday’s notification system is one of the best I’ve used. When someone completes a task, it automatically triggers the notification system and it lets the next person in the process know they can start their work. I love it.

Since I started using their service, I’ve had to contact Monday once. It was a great experience. They helped me solve my problem quickly and I didn’t have to do anything on my side. We love to use it as it is ease of integeration and implementation, ease of use and frequency of use is on high level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am the person who use mobile too much to monitor the team projects. I have some c oncerns on monday.cp,

Monday’s mobile app isn’t great. It’s improved since the first time I used it but it lacks in flexibility. The desktop experience is much better. One example of an area they can improve is the my tasks section. It’s supposed to provide us with a simple view of the tasks we need to complete but it doesn’t allow us to easily add filters to see what we want.

Its very difficult to find a comment on monday mobile application.

Overall, I am satisfied with Monday’s service over the past 2 year. Having said that, there are some areas where Monday simply drops the ball. I wish they would address these to improve the experience more.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great tool for our team. We handle multiple projects at once, often with several team members involved. Being able to see updates and progress for all current projects, as well as the ability to customize our workflow is of tremendous importance to our team's efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a board has lots of data, your board can easily fill an entire screen or more, which can be hard on mobile. Since we primarily use it on a desktop, that's not super important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of projects, managing updates on each project for the team, asset management documentation

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place so we can manage, clients, projects, quotes and scheduling all within the same application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. A minor issue might be that the application has become slightly less responsive over time, but this is probably due to a large amount of new features and functionality being added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used a number of different applications/services to acheive what we needed within our agency, but Monday has it all in one place which is massively beneficial to us as our company grows.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, being able to adapt it for many purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow loading times, rarely working search in boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to integrate the suport ticketing system that we've created with CRM boards that are already in Monday. Our system is limited by free Monday functionality, but is OK for a small business.

Very versatile software

What do you like best about the product?
This software is easy to use and very versatile. You can create simple to do lists or more complicated and connected project boards, depending on your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a sub- sub-item section with roll up capabilities. We have complicated projects with multiple items, shared with multiple teams and have resorted to making several boards that are not connected to each other but can still be easily accessed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting team members with documents and progress updates. Proving access to items contained in each project.
