Effortless Customization and Independence for Our Team
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and a lot of customization. It lets our staff work and organize their projects independently and provided us with a starting point for automation
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s expensive and the costs have increased. We work in a Microsoft environment which would allow the same customizations but it’s all segmented so we keep on using Monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Independent and collaborative work can be completed easily. A beginner option for our corporate automations
Great for Team Collaboration, But AI and Board Space Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and manage, with good structure and colours. Easy to create integrations with other channels such as slack, and to integrate between groups. We use it daily, and find it fantastic for liaising between departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature on monday.com is difficult to use and does not provide many benefits. We also struggle with space on some of our boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of shipments and invoices, all in a clear way with easy search functionalities and options for adding documents.

I really like how monday Work Management provides an easy way to visualize my team's workload and helps identify any operational gaps we may have. It effectively solves the issue of understanding what everyone is working on, which is crucial for our large team. The platform's user interface is particularly impressive because it offers easy functionality that feels familiar, being very similar to products like Excel. This similarity makes it easy for the team to get up to speed without a steep learning curve. Additionally, I appreciate the effortless integration of monday Work Management with our accounting software, which streamlines our workflow by harmonizing with the tools we are already using.

I use Monday Work Management to clearly see my team's workload and identify any gaps. It solves issues of knowing what everyone is working on, especially for large teams, with its user-friendly interface similar to Excel.
