Exceptionally User-Friendly and Easy to Deploy
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is extremely user-friendly, making it simple to use, manage, and administer. The learning curve is almost nonexistent, especially since its interface is similar to Excel. Virtually anyone should be able to create visualizations with minimal effort. After trying out several competitors, we found that this one provided the most bang for its buck and was the easiest to deploy across a team with diverse skillsets. Lastly, support has been excellent. Keep up the great work!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I admit I am being quite particular, as there is very little to complain about. However, I have noticed a couple of minor issues. Occasionally, during peak times, the performance can slow down slightly. Additionally, compared to Excel, the Monday tables have some limitations, especially when it comes to flexibility at the column level. This can be a bit frustrating for our specific needs, though I understand that this isn't really the main purpose of the tool—it's just something we've encountered in our particular use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us collaborate with clients in a very seamless and effortless capacity. This allows us to work more closely, and more quickly with our clients. Before using Monday we had a number of manual processes that were displaced completely by the tool. It is now our single source of truth for project management.
Automation That Frees Up Time for Innovation
What do you like best about the product?
Automating functions allows me more time to work on the future concepts rather than chugging through the data entry and details

There appears to be a lot of cool features that are paid for only and not part of our company package.

Centralizing all groups and aspects of the business to be viewed in one location but viewable by all.

How organized and colorful it is and it's easy to keep track of everything

Sometimes the automations glitch and doesn't automate everything

Keeping tracking of deposits, ETAs and all the jobs that come in that customers order
Easy to use and intuitive features
What do you like best about the product?
I find it help to track progress with the Monday work management board and adding in the automation features when a project has been completed. I like that I can tag coworkers and add links to post from one drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there is a notification for everything that gets posted so I mostly use the function to only show what I am tagged in. Its can be a lot of notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep track of work flow and projects completed, its basically part of my daily work routine.

I like how versatile monday Work Management is, particularly with its configuration options. It's very easy to add new columns, values, and colors, and it allows me to display information in different calendar views. This flexibility makes it a highly configurable and adaptable tool. I appreciate the great overview it provides on all of the activities within our marketing team, helping to keep everything organized. The ability to keep track of tasks and facilitate collaboration across different offices is excellent. I also find it very easy and intuitive to use, as it took us only a couple of hours to get started. Overall, monday Work Management is a great tool that meets the needs of our growing team effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the calendar configuration options could be more extensive. When different boards are joined together in one dashboard, it would be beneficial to have enhanced configuration capabilities within the calendars, as these features are heavily utilized.

I use monday Work Management to organize my marketing team's tasks, aiding in planning and project management. It gives an overview of team activities, tracks tasks, and facilitates collaboration across offices.
Feature-Rich and User-Friendly, But Needs Improved Undo Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I highly appreciate the ease with which I can change the status of projects, add new fields, and tag team members for updates in monday Work Management. This functionality greatly enhances the fluidity and adaptability of our workflow. I am particularly impressed by the Gantt chart views for date tracking, which provide a clear and structured visualization of project timelines. Additionally, the feature that allows us to include an email address to effortlessly add an item sent through Gmail directly to a Monday board is incredibly convenient and streamlines communication and task management. Furthermore, integrating Gmail and linking to spreadsheets and presentations within the platform is heavily utilized and adds a layer of efficiency to our collaborative processes. The initial setup was a breeze thanks to the comprehensive online help, tutorials, and the excellent support team at Monday, ensuring a smooth transition for our team. The array of added features that monday Work Management offers has significantly contributed to improving our project management efficiency and effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the undo option in monday Work Management to be lacking. The process to access update history and revert changes is cumbersome. A straightforward 'Ctrl Z' or similar quick keyboard command would greatly improve the user experience, especially for correcting simple typos.

I use monday Work Management to centralize project updates, easily change status, and track progress with Gantt charts, enhancing our workflow and coordination.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of monday work management are the automations. When working on multiple projects at once it is complicated to keep track of due dates and necesary follow ups, but with automations this is manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found something that I dislike about monday.

Monday helps with project management and task management. I also have archived the process of annual events on a monday board.

What do you like best about the product?
You can customize the boards and groups to fit exactly what you need, and the automations really help save time by instantly updating everyone in the group about any changes. The implementation process was straightforward; when I first set it up, even people who were completely unfamiliar with the platform and not very tech-savvy were able to get onboarded with minimal assistance. The customer support is excellent, with an almost immediate response time that resolves issues nearly every time. I use it daily to manage all finance, accounting, and administrative processes. As for integrations, once you get used to them, they become easier to set up. However, the new 'help me build with AI' feature can sometimes alter your intended workflow, requiring you to redo things manually, but overall, it's manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up dashboard views can occasionally be quite challenging. While Vibe offers all the necessary features for app creation, I found that the beta version was plagued with numerous bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows me to track the entire back office process, from creating invoices and monitoring their status changes to managing payment terms. It also provides access to all accounting and administrative information, including insurance policies and employee documents. Everything is visible, always up to date, and available in real time.

The macro search functionality is incredibly useful for finding conversations or names quickly, which has become one of the most helpful features for me. monday Work Management hits a sweet spot in terms of complexity and flexibility, distinguishing itself from other task management systems that are either too simple or too complex. The initial setup was effortlessly easy, which was a big plus. Overall, monday Work Management meets my expectations by providing a reliable, manageable solution for keeping track of various work requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that monday Work Management lacks a consistent standardized database, which makes it challenging to manage contact information efficiently. When I input contact information from events or conferences, the data easily falls into silos rather than being integrated into a unified master CRM. I need a smarter contact database that can consolidate and tag contacts based on where and how I met them, and offer insights into their potential relevance to events or products. Additionally, customizing monday Work Management for specific needs after initial setup is difficult. Having AI guidance or expert support for configuration would make it easier to extract full value. It would also be beneficial to have improved integration recommendations for tools like LinkedIn and Apollo.
