What do you like best about the product?
With calendar views and timelines that help us efficiently manage resources and deadlines, Monday.com's Planning function gives us a clear picture of our projects.
Crucially, the Task Prioritization tool enables us to swiftly identify and resolve vital tasks, which is essential in our dynamic environment.

Customer assistance responses may take longer than anticipated or be less thorough than planned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us by optimizing our operations, bringing transparency to our initiatives, and strengthening our capacity to provide our clients with outstanding outcomes.
Everything you need tied to the task
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday for about 6 months and it's the best task manager I've ever used. I so enjoy being able to leave notes for myself and others to let them know the status of a project and have the information there as a reminder to myself. I also like leaving information for another person in the project, where it will sit until they're ready to give it their attention. We humans are not great at task switching, and Monday enables me to work collaboratively without forcing my colleagues to task switch unnecessarily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it so much that I dislike not being able to use it for my home life. I would like a way to use Monday for both without compromising my privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to focus on priority tasks for the day, and set the others aside. It reduces stress, and keeps me from feeling overwhelmed.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has multiple categories of management for us. We can use multiple projects and tables from just one simple dashboard. Their automation feature is also great in automating our project's progress with AI. Their are many platform for integration from Emails to Documents. They also provide great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive for these limited features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us tackle so many challenges from tracking our progress to managing our workflow and events. It helped us in keeping track of our development processes with time tracking. It stores all the past months data which helped us do better from our past mistakes. Our team can easily collabrate while working on single projects on Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
What I mostly liked on monday was that you can assign tasks to employees and make coments on it. It was very easy to set up the integration. I personally use it everyday but I also use it as a list for my websites details.

It doenst gives you the timeline in a horisontal view

Monday does very well the daily schedule meeting with objectives and tasks

I'm a land investor and I use Monday on all my business aspects, starting with tracking our inventory and tracking our deals, and it's very easy to track everything, all in one place. easy to use with plenty of features that are very easy to personalize as required.
Also, it's very easy to integrate using zapier, and the fun part we can add our sales team and trigger notifications wherever a new prospective buyers is added to our CRM

a bit pricy and if they can allow sending emails series. at the moment we use a third party to solve that lack

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is one of my favorite things about Monday.com, it is very nice that you can organize and track tasks that employees are working on in 1 place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything that I "dislike" about Monday.com, it has fit our companies needs wonderfully!

We have staff that work in our office as well as remotely, Monday.com has made it easy for our team to stay on the same page virtually where we are not together on a day to day basis.

it helps orgazine our onboarding new employees, it just makes everything so clear and helpful when you are dealing with 600+ employees

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has simplified project management. The interface is easy to learn, and the customization options are fantastic. Love how it keeps our team in sync! It has a lot of integrations such as slack, google workspace, and so on. I use it every day and I am very happy with it. Also, I want to mention how good the customer support is whenever it is necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com has been incredibly beneficial for our team, one aspect that could be improved is the pricing structure, since it can get quite expensive for large groups and offices. Also, the memory usage is a bit large and loading times are a little lengthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves one of the biggest problems for international offices - long-distance working. It makes it very easy to collaborate on projects while employees are located around the world.
