Monday.com - I could not be without

What do you like best about the product?
I would not be without Monday.com for running my business.

I use this for my Pop Up shopping events scheduled later for the year.
Various boards have been set up and our master sheet with all businesses that we can then send forms and information and it's all in one place.

I can share information easily with others by inviting them to the boards I have set up and at our last event I assigned tasks to the staff who were able to tick of jobs done.

I would not be without Monday.com and have learnt so much from using this paltfrom which is now vital for my business going forward.

Would highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing i can say i dislike and like the fact they listen to who their customer is and constantly change and evolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

My experience with Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
It's making your life easier and your business more productive. Instead of using multiple platforms, you have it all in one.
(HR, finances, planning, etc.). You also have templates which is a big plus for me. I use it every day in my day-to-day work so, I'm pretty happy with it.
Also, if you have a problem you can use customer support, and they will help you quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things that I don't like about Monday.com, but one of them is the fact that if you have multiple cases like (Test Cases in my case), you can't use multiple select, to make multiple cases the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test cases, Vacation request forms, Events planning

What do you like best about the product?
The easy user interface - anyone can be on-boarded and pick up how to use the tool easily

Great project planning & roadmapping capabilities

How customisable the tool is, and how it can be setup to support so many of our business use cases

Really good customer support, always look to drive more customer value
What do you dislike about the product?
None I can think to comment on - suits my business needs very well

Providing stakeholders with visibility of upcoming work (via roadmaps)

Enabling collaborative prioritisation of work & making the outcome of this visible to stakeholders

Providing real time progress updates via integration with Jira (soon to come)

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easier to organise everything in one place. I love the amount of automations and integrations available and how user friendly they are.
The free trail made it really easy to get started and decided if Monday.com would be the right tool for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restrictive licencing, would be great to have something in between a member and a viewer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday.com we were using a million spreadsheets. No more deth by Excel!

What do you like best about the product?
It has great templates and it's very intuitive to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the updates do not save and the same change needs to be performed multiple times. When importing a file, the columns need to be mapped to already created column types (if multiple columns of the same type cannot map all to them - only one column to one type). I would like to have the option to copy-paste data on columns instead of import or manual typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great platform for all projects members, easy to update and provides dashboards ready to be presented.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, a lot of automated features to help you save time and also make sure you're not missing anything from scheduling or workflow etc. We use it every day throughout every department in our business. And the customer service is extremely good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are missing that could improve the experience of monday.com but they are constantly updating it so I am sure these will come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has kept a lot of our day to day operations all in one place. We used to have several Google sheets in place which were an effort to keep up to date but we moved it all to Monday.com, automated a lot of things and can now track workflow and profit/loss data a lot easier in monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
As a designer, I can confidently say that Monday.com has been a game-changer for me and my team! Its project management and workflow capabilities have made our work more efficient and organized as we grow bigger. Personally, I love how the automations feature saves me time by eliminating repetitive tasks such as sending an email to other departments once a project has been completed. Plus, the platform's user-friendly interface makes customizing my workflow a breeze. With Monday.com, I can easily stay on top of deadlines and keep my projects on track!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think learning how to use the platform effectively can take some time so it becomes a bit challenging onboarding new team members and familarizing them with our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a designer managing multiple projects, keeping track of everything can be a daunting task. Monday.com has been a lifesaver for me and my teammates. With this platform, we can manage multiple projects much more efficiently while having a clear overview of each member's workload without relying on spreadsheets and email chains. It allows us to easily create boards for each project and assign tasks to team members which helps us stay on track and meet our goals

What do you like best about the product?
Many featues, clear overview, a lot of automations. And enough team members
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscriptions must be all included and you only pay extra for extra team members.
At least add more automations for cheaper plans. Because that's the only reason why i would upgrade. But for me it's not worth to pay more for each member each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a clear overview of all tasks and nice categorize them.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so helpful, with so many impressive features that makes our remote company feel like we are all in an office together. It is easy to use and is easy to add on to your browser. We all use it everyday so any customer support we need, we seem to get quickly. We have implemented it into our company with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything! I need to delve more into all of the features but I am sure that they are all great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It means we don't have to communicate via email and we can keep all of our work in one place!
