A complete game changer and absolute must-have for any team

What do you like best about the product?
We are an advertising agency with dozes of clients, each with several projects we are working on for them, and we'd be lost without it. I love that you can keep track of all your projects down to the individual task level. Everything related to the project can be kept in one place... links, documents, updates, status, deadlines, time spent on it... EVERYTHING you can think of. We recently chatted to another agency in the UK, using Mondays already, who said they use a different app to track the go-live checklist for their web development. We explained how we easily use it for the checklists too and have set it up so that the appropriate next person responsible in the checklist gets notified. And they explained to us how they use it to fully manage client accounts (which we were not using it for at that point). Together, we realised how we were completely underutilising this powerful tool and are both now discovering how you can use it for CRM, project management and more. And the customisation and integrations are the cherry on the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
For companies, like ours, in a low-income country, it is a very expensive platform and the pricing points are not attractive. It should be a lot less confusing and far more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and time management within our teams. Ensuring that each person knows what their responsibilities are and their deadlines, so that nothing is missed.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps me focused on my sales tasks & reminds me of what actions I need to follow up on step by step for each of my clients.

I found Monday easy to implement I use Monday every day as I go through the day updating on each client action as I do it.

Monday has a number of useful features that makes my sales journey easier.

The email reminders assist me alot each morning I get a email of what I need to do on each day that I set up a reminder for.

Monday is really user freindly & its easy to learn & the customer support is fast & helpful.

Monday is available on laptop and mobile so its always with you & that helps alot my frequeny of use is very high.

The ease of integration was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont enjoy using CRM however using Monday it is so user freindly, I am battling to find any critism with this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep track & focused on my day to day sales. I find sales is a numbers game so we need to be contacting as many clients as possible, each client is at a different stage with different actions that need to be taken.

Its easy to lose focuse & forget what needs to be done each client, Monday reminds me each day on who & what needs to be done with every client at the right time.

Monday guides me throught out my sales journey.

What do you like best about the product?
I can see when somebody else is busy with a task that I assigned to them, and I can keep track of what I still need to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you roll forward, there isn't an option to clear all the statusses for the new month (recurring tasks)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding people accountable; I benefit from it through the fact that I have proof if I am waiting on somebody else to finish something and that might lead to my task being over due.

What do you like best about the product?
You can input all the important document that can have easily access with. What makes it even better is that you can customize it the way you want it (i.e who can access it, what can they see, edit, and answer on the forms).
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is user friendly already, I can only suggest to add more interesting features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have an easy access on important documents.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to track project progress and the automations save so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when you import sheets it adds as a new group and does not giv ethe option to update one of the existing groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making working and collaborating easier and faster. It is making project tracking and follow ups easier as well.

Its' simplicity , we have used the out of the box features and then made some minor customisations to work for our business both internall and for our customer delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see EVERY project and task for my entire team in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use more automation for subitems. Other than that I love the tool. Wish you could move files around to the final file item if they are uploaded to the updates. Also wish there was a better integration with sharepoint to easily send final finals to sharepint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is getting us out of our emails and in a location where my team can be productive. We also can see who has a lot on their plate and can help with burnout. I also enjoy being able to see exactly where everyone is on all our projects.

It's great to be able to all work together even though we're in different countries, the automations make keeping everyone informed so easy so nothing gets missed

I can't think of anything major but it would be great if it integrated with Orderspace.
