Great flexible system
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to easily create and modify boards to suit a range of needs. Has been a great replacement for many of our spreadsheets, much easier to find and stay on top of!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of board specific security measures to cater for varied users.
Ability to create views for specific groups of users so they can't see everything on the board.
Fiddly and doesn't always work or make sense when different views are modified on a board (i.e. the order of the columns).
Automations based on dates generated from formulas - no option to do this
Sub-items - not being able to bulk add and update sub-items is frustrating as it means they are not really a useful option when managing large boards.
No mail merge option of bulk data into letter templates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is easy to navigate and keep track of. We can also communicate from employee to employee to make sure that we are on track for our tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, there was nothing wrong with the platform. We liked the whole thing. The reason we walked away from it was because we weren't in the position to use it to it's full capacity as a staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to make sure that people are on task for projects, work and tasks that we are trying to accomplish in a certain time frame.
Beautifully designed software that allows you to tackle every aspect of a business.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to effectively assign tasks to my team using a single platform. This simplifies the process of tracking tasks, managing budgets, and creating Gantt charts. As a result, we are able to respond to our customers quickly. Furthermore, this platform is integrated with our CRM system which makes marketing easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay extra to add additional features. In my opinion, the provider should offer a basic business bundle and an executive business bundle that includes all the extras. There could be more features that our company could benefit from, but we would have to pay to try them out and my boss isn't too keen on that. It adds a lot of extra overhead because the services are often never canceled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows different department heads to work together as a team instead of everyone being solely focused on one task. Additionally, it enables us to track the time it takes for tasks to be opened and completed. Although I am interested in trying out their form creator software, it seems there is no trial period available for it.

You can visualize on a single platform and with a user friendly interface all aspects regarding important metrics that need to be understood in order to reach goals and orgize work dynamics.

It would be a lot better if you could be able to communicate or chat with your team trough the same platform

Most of all, having on a single platform all aspects related to work dynamics, from project management to payment tracking and comunication with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I implemented Monday on 2 companies so far, I saw it growing from 2018-2019 and these are the strong sides of it.
- General UX is fire! Very intuitive even for rookies. It's a love at first glance. You try it, you love it!
- Implementation and administration are pretty easy compared to the competitors like Clickup, Asana, Jira etc..
- You can integrate it pretty much with everything and every third-party solution.
- Scalable and dynamic. You can use it for all your daily operations, all the company departments, and also for your personal use. I love it because it simplifies the workflows, communication (fewer emails) and everything is tracked.
- The company itself and Customer support are great. They just don't look at numbers but they evaluate case by case with conscience.

- Sometimes automations are limited and don't let you achieve what you need.
- Dashboards are a bit clunky to set up and can be overall improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my scenario, Monday simplified the project management, daily operations/tasks, and collaboration. Everybody on the team can see and track a task or a project without losing pieces via email.
Also, the fact that you can integrate it with a third-party solution, you can reduce the swap time between different system as it acts as a central point of administration/control.
The great advantage we also had was to track all our licenses and services expiration dates. We now know exactly when it's time to action on something without forgetting it.

What do you like best about the product?
With monday.com i've been able to fully automate my process as well as implement an end to end sales process, from lead management to yearly sales data. The integrations with the rest of my tech stack make work so easy and enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. It's completely revolutionized the way that I do business and if there were any pain points using monday.com they've already been fixed over time by way of the regular updates and improvements that are rolled out by the monday.com team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped automate my process from end to end, giving me more time to spend with my clients, and less time on compliance and/or mundane tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it streamlines and organizes everything. Puting things in a Monday workspace/ board pulls together all of the aspects of task management, project management, timelines, everything in one place. No more cluster of word docs and outlook calendars and spreadsheets and Teams messages. No more "oh no that's the old version" or searching emails looking for a document, only to figure out 20 minutes later that it was sent in a Teams chat. Centralising work through a Monday board means everything lives in one place instead of constantly scrambling across half a dozen platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning, all ofthe choices and options and everything can be overwhelming. It seems sufficently daunting at first, particularly for those less tech-savvy, that without some training, support and hand holding it can be a bit of an uphill cultural battle for initial implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By putting your project, work and task management all in a single place that integrates with your other platforms (MS 365 Suite for example), you can really create a one-stop-shop for your business area.
Monday keeps everyone connected and it is super easy, customizable, and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy all the customizable features that Monday has to offer. The thing I like best about Monday is that that it allows you to update the status of your work, For example: working on it, urgent, done, stuck, waiting, new task, etc! Nevertheless, I love that Monday provides the most easiest workspace and like I said, it offers NUMEROUS of CUSTOMIZABLE feautures!

Honestly, there are zero complaints about Monday!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is always a problem keeping up with your task and going back to where you left off. Monday has solved that problem for me! It allows me to update the status of my work and allows me to go back and re-read my notes.

Centralised and clear overview. The data colation into live dashboards saves hours for us to manually create and recrete at the stakeholders request. The automations make updating and tracking data easy and efficient for even the most novice user.

Inability to change font text and size in dashboard widget headers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Student enrollment & tracking. Previously we had individual spreadsheets that were manually updated and tracked. This data is now visible to stakeholders on shared dashboards.
