Inexpensive solution to a very difficult problem
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and very easy to implement across the team. The program helped us determine the workloads for our staff members during our busiest time.

The program gets a little pricy when you implement the entire package. I would like additional pricing options.

We have 100's of tax projects ongoing at any given time. Monday helped us keep track of the ongoing projects as well as manage the staff's workloads during our busiest season.

The wide range of options available that allow me to Manage a multi-disciplined team internationally.

The time it takes to respond to feedback and essential change requests to fix bugs or unecessary 'clunks' in the system.

Uniformed project management works internationally, including time tracking and logs of team output.

What do you like best about the product?
With the growing team, we were finding it hard to collaborate and organise tasks efficiently. I performed a lot of research as we were already using "free tools" and nothing compared to monday.com.
We can easily monitor tasks, allocate them to the correct team members, clearly mark what stage the task is in. This has been the best investment to our marketing department and I cannot rate them highly enough. If you don't have monday.com, you don't have the level of organisation that you are capable of, it's that simple!

What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com need to review the license cost. if we have competitive price then whole organization can use monday.com. Currently only Leaders are using the monday.com in my organizaiton .if pricing supports then we are happy to rollout across the organization

Earlier we are investing lot of time on emails to understand the status of the task. now my team on top of their tasks and very easy to manage the team members who are working in different locations

A super simple and user-friendly system, colorful, easy to operate and share. Different templates that save time in building. Connection and integrations to many features. Simple automations to operate.

No option for file sharing, a bit overwhelming at first with all possible options. Without some training I feel I'm missing out on possibilities.
