I like the assignment tabs and assignment time. This always reminds me of my work.

nothing much but its app on Android is very slow.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can add automations and customise it to my likes. I can keep up to date with deadlines and see what tasks I have completed. Monday.com is very versatile, so you are able to design it the way you understand. I am also able to use monday.com via my phone which makes it easy to use in my day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I find monday.com very insightful and I have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping me stay more on track for my tasks and deadlines. Monday.com lets me know when a deadline is coming. I am also able to remind myself to follow up on a certain task which prompts me to action any unfinished tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I started to use Monday.com about four years ago, having worked with multiple CRM and project planning systems. I found most tools were expensive and cumbersome. We used few of their features, but the team found them difficult to learn, and I kept finding important information hidden on spreadsheets on their computers.
I am still using Monday.com, and I love its simplicity. I can arrange the boards exactly as I need them, and the drag and drop interface makes it easy to do so. I can keep all my data in one place and move it between boards easily. Monday.com has replaced my CRM, scheduler, project planner, and even my to do list.
The interface is fun to use, and feels like social media. Finally, my team want to use the data management system - no more mystery spreadsheets!

Figuring out the logic for implementing a new idea can be intimidating, and I still don't feel I work across connected boards as well as I could.

It provides a shared database that the whole team can use and access, and that they want to use.

It is both easy and advanced. You can use it for anything. If I had time, I'd even get more use out of it.

None. Based on my basic user needs, this is excellent.

Centralization of information. On the fly changes.

I like that it gives you the option to arrange and customize your files by task, by date, and by name. Also, this gives me a clear view of what my colleagues and I do in a daily basis.

I just want more colors to give me more options to differentiate things. No big deal.

Task and work visibility amongst colleagues. I don't have to explain the tasks I do and when I do it. Also helps me check the progress of my agents and the completion of their tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It has completely transformed the way I run my business and the way my team works. My team is more engaged, we all have visibility of where things are at and when they are due. It is a very user friendly and clean UI and the app is great for when we're on the go and needing to do things. Overall, I am thrilled with Monday.com and so glad my friend got me on to it.

Nothing at the moment. I haven't explored enough as I am time poor but would like to take the time to watch tutorials and learn shortcuts.

Real time visibility of all our work, the stage it is at and who is working on it. To have one centralised, dependable, easy to use system to run our business is resulting in better client and team outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the most efficient project management tool I have ever used. It is user friendly, and allows you to create a system that works for you, no matter the industry you are in or the type of market you serve. It has an enormous amount of resources available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any problems with, or even obstacles with setting up Monday.com the way I wanted to. There has been an easy solution for each need I have had to address.

Monday.com keeps our team connected, allows everyone to see what stafe each project is at, and allows everyone to contribute via comment to the discussion on each topic. It makes it easy to keep everyone informed, and information to stay current.
Easy to Use and Feature Rich
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to get started using, it's extremely versatile, and the built-in automations are great. Our organization has had great success with adoption, and teams are using it in a variety of ways to meet their needs. It has become an indispensable, daily tool for many of our teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been having some quirky SSO-related issues, but it's nothing that an end user would notice. I am working through it with Monday support right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reason we chose Monday.com was to remove silos from work acqusition, and make collaboration easy and repeatable for pursuits that involve several departments and team members. By using an API integration with our CRM, plus in-app automations and templates, the teams involved have been able to manage their pursuit work better than ever before.
