What do you like best about the product?
The way it can be done in Folders and Update the people n the list. THere should never be any missed stones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get confusing because there are soo many boards. There should be a checklist that is not soo hard to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of forgetting processes and checklists that are needed for my business. Benefiting me because I am able to get things done that are on my list of To-Do's

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is such a helpful platform; with everything at my fingertips, I never have to remember a task again. I am done with paper to-do lists forever!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides! Everything is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing tasks between team members and keeping track of what tasks have been finalised and finished. It saves time because I don't have to check in on my team members constantly, I can open Monday.com and see a snapshot.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find best about Monday.com is that I stopped using my calendar and replaced it with this helpful tool to help me complete the day-to-day task. I also found this more motivating than using calendars and other reminder programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the downsides of Monday.com are that there's no urgency for not completing a task. If you skip over a task, it will send you a reminder, but then the task will disappear among your completed task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the issue of workers not completing their task and allowing order within the work place by making it easy to identify your daily jobs that are listed on Monday.com

Great Work OS

What do you like best about the product?
The automation has made our work within different teams flow so seamlessly. How easy it is to keep track of projects/campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a glitch with the email notifications. They are sometimes grouped that it makes it easy to miss some notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow is automated. Campaign management is handled by different departments, so when one department is done with their part in the campaign the next department is alerted and can continue. It helps keep track of where the campaign is easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to integrate into other applications and google forms and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major issue I can across was creating quotes for the same task. One task cannot generate more than one quotation. So to raise an additional one, you'll need to get a different APP added to your monday.com account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the leading business capabilities we've benefited from monday.com is its Online Form Builder. We're a MSME family business, and we operate at home. However, we use online forms from our social media pages, google, emails, and websites as our online digital front office. We can collect our customer's queries and service requests and turn them into monetised opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple tables that track the progress of the real estate properties from when they enter as incoming leads until we resell at the end of the cycle. The automations that we built allow for 1 click to track properties through the multiple stages in our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve on automations take awhile to master. Once you understand the thought process it is easy to use & automations are very ssimple.e

Allows tracking with multiple boards for project management among members of team

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is intuitive to use and contains the functionality our team needs to track projects and effectively collaborate. It also has great templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't label subtask with parent task names, which can get confusing when looking at an individual task list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gets us out of the spreadsheets and into a sensible, convenient collaboration and project management platform to manage marketing activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows me to carry my job files with me wherever I go. Viewing drawings of areas on the move is a handy tool. Being able to quickly see each attached documents relevant to the job makes it easier to track the progress of jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday needs a selection tool to override automations in certain areas. For example, my automation is set to create a material order form on receipt of a purchase order but sometimes I already have material for the job on the shelf so I then have to delete the order form in question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday gives me a place to store all job data so I can easily see the progress of open jobs on the timeline and add new jobs as they come in. status bars and time-flow charts give me a great visual representation at a quick glance.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a solid platform for syncing calendars, keeping track of advertising budgets, and staying up to date on team projects.

Automations are particularly powerful tools for staying on top of costs and KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since rebranding from DaPulse to Monday a few years ago, Monday has split off some features to create additional, separate subscriptions, which can drive up user cost.

Things that are frustrating: not being able to copy and paste from excel into Monday (beyond a single column); the document function is a bit rudimentary in its capabilities; viewer links can only be used by people outside of your organization so if you are working with internal clients, you won't be able to use viewer links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of where in the pipeline projects are, specifically with teams that are less connected.
It has allowed us to integrate quarterly OKRs and develop content schedules around them that ensure easier, more transparent report backs to our internal teams.
