Amazing for cohesion and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of things you can maintain, collaborate on, and integrate with your board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only item I wish the boards had was a more client-facing integration that allowed them to see the progress of their project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collaborate and know which team member is doing which project and where they are at in the process.
Fantastic tool for organising workload within a team
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Monday is to use and how you can keep track of what's going on within your team. I honestly don't know how I would work without it - it's revolutionised my working day.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I work part time, it can be difficult sometimes to keep up with notifications - a summary email each week would be handy to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of communication within the team and making sure everyone knows what's going on.

The flexibility when creating boards and automations along with the ease of use. As well as the security options we have with Enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to use autmations with mirrored items.

Creating automations has definitely gotten easier with Monday.

The UI is very professional,The customization options are impressive, allowing us to tailor our workspaces to fit our specific needs,it's a solid product and has been a critical portion of our operations, I am able to manage my pipeline easily with automated emails, and keeping all candidate information in one place. It is extremely user friendly.Monday.com has made things so smooth in our office

It helps in divinding the workload ,and in prioratising our tasks and also in deleegating tasks

Monday has helped the team have better communication, reduce repetition of tasks and increase productivity. It has really helped me to organise my tasks by sprint.

Moving tasks to different boards takes lot of steps to complete.

Monday has eliminated task repetition within the team, and has allowed better collaboration. Also, it has improved time management and track achievement of OKRs.

The freedom to create, modify, and visualize in a colorful, didactic, and assertive way.

The updates cause Monday to take a long time to return to normal, the site becomes very slow and does not load the files.

The filters, the appearance, and the versatile and intuitive system are a huge facility.

Honestly, the "My work" part has improved, so I can know how many boards I'm on.
Intuitive, collaborative and enjoyable virtual environment to plan, execute and review our projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The vast array of tools/features and integrations that allow the different teams across the business to collaborate on projects together without miscommunication or confusion. Monday is intuitive, making it both easy to use and easy to implement across multiple teams of people.
We use it every day to track micro and macro metrics across the business, and if we ever have had an issue, the customer service has been sterling.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor irritant when it comes to Monday.com is the navigation between workspaces, which fortunately isn't necessary alot of the time, as it can feel clunky to move to a workspace thqat is alternate to the main, or default workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the past three years of using Monday within our business it has allowed our teams to more easily collaborate on shared projects, as well as really improve the management of our smaller projects. It has also allowed us to be flexible and communicate clearly with one another even whilst working remotely. The vast amount of features, integrations and templates Monday.com provides really allowed us to improve our previous project processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Very self explanatory in the UI once you click around a bit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The side bar on the left is clunky to use and I wish more options were available without multiple clicks. An incognito mode might be interesting too but is unnecessary

The possibility to easily organize tasks, priorities, responsibilities, among other aspects, and result in a very clear and intuitive dashboard

Sometimes it can be a bit slow on app, depending on the amount of data
