Best User-Friendly Design in Project Management Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has an unparalleled user interface among other project management solutions. Its intuitive design greatly facilitates the training process for team members who may have little previous exposure to such digital tools, making the learning curve far more manageable. Moreover, the platform's interface fuels a sustained interest in expanding one's understanding and proficiency, making it the standout choice in its category.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is being unable to copy columns from one board to another. For example, if I made a column with certain statuses and want that same column and colors on another board, I have to recreate it from scratch.
Paying for enterprise just to be able to hide workspaces is a little ridiculous.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The introduction of a workflow for document reviews and the ability to manage projects from a bird's eye view has significantly improved our team's communication. It has reduced the necessity for frequent meetings and status update emails and streamlined our operations, leading to enhanced productivity and efficiency.
Intuitive project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very intuitive platform that works for individuals or teams needing to manage projects with a plethora of details, files, etc. Automations make the process more streamlined so users aren't spending more time on a project than needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be helpful to add different groups within a board. For example, I'd like to have one board with 1 group for projects and then 1 group that holds all the client-specific notes. Another possible enhancement would be a board that allows for just 'notes'; no columns persay but rather a notepad to enter random notes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work with my colleagues and never miss a beat on a project. I no longer have to call, IM, or email my colleagues when they need to take a PTO day as I have all the project and client info centrally located in one place and can step in and assist without worrying about not having all the info. Monday.com makes my team look more organized and streamlined everyday!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track dates and timelines and assign tasks to specific staff members with having to send out tons of emails. And being able to track updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site isnt able to create timelines based on a set dates and time ranges. So most due dates have to be entered in manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the extended project planning process by putting everything in the same place.
Increased efficiency using Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to integrate Monday.com with Saleforce to provide us with a workflow system that allows us to track production visually through the use of smartscreens, increase efficiency thereby saving tens of thousands of dollars, and archive orders in an easy to use way.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't discovered anything with Monday.com that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much more efficient in tracking orders on the production floor, time savings through the integration of monday.com and ipads.

Helps me stay organized! I love that I have everything in one place.

Having to scroll ALL THE WAY right when looking at a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team to show our workload and where we are with projects, while collaborating.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is easy customizable makes it the perfect tool to control our business. We can set up different dahsboards according to every area needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are high compared to other tools in the market and the functionalities they offer for the same or lower price. Also, they force you to buy in multiples of 5 users which is a downside.

It gives me a general and detail view of all projects that are underway. With it, I can easly track each stage, responsable, comments, upcoming events, everything I need to know.

Great way to organize your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Monday.com is that you can keep tasks within a month range or in any group that suits your situation. I also love that you can create subcategories within the tasks to hone in more on what is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to change the way the calendar is displayed. Currently it seems to run their weeks in a European fashion and I am wanting to see it in the American manner. I get confused and sometimes choose an incorrect due date because I think it's a Friday when it's really a Saturday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com ensures that I don't forget to complete a task either by the deadline or even at all. It allows me to be more productive since I don't have to remember what to do; I can just refer to Monday.com.
Fabulous place to organize tasks and collaborate with teams
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great way to collaborate on projects, having all tasks and conversations in one place has been a game changer. Once I signed up it was easy to get set up. I find more tools to use each time I use it. I have been loving it so far!

What do you dislike about the product?
The automations seem a bit clunky but I am still a beginner so trying to figure out how best to use them. Would love more guidance around how to best use workspaces vs boards vs folders in a company wide setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday.com I had multiple todo lists in multiple platforms, now I just have everything in Monday.com.
