Its a great way to see all of our company's data points in real time and be able to dissect them.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to discuss any little bit of info.

How difficult is for our company leaders to integrate it and fully automate its processies into our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to discuss anything about a job withour getting to physically find someone to talk to about it.

Monday.com is very user friendly. It has allowed us to implement the software much easier that other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was an easier way to share dashboard on a TV to show team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been beneficial in ensuring all team members are on the same page on projects.
Best project management digital solution!
What do you like best about the product?
The Web App UX, is top! it's the greatest feature from all and the automations are incredibly usefull!
What do you dislike about the product?
The App UX/UI still needs a lot of improvement and it should allow to use all the features as the Web App.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of all things, is to actually keep track of every different team when you have multiple projects!
Cohesive collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday.com is the amount of creative ability you have in making a board that fits your need. The extra features on the end of each task bar make it so I can easily track my time, include a team member in, or set deadlines for myself. My team and I use this everyday and it wasn't hard to coach our mangement team on how to use it! At the beginning, we had some trouble integrating our free trial content towards our subcriction but after talking to customer support they helped us integrate all the work we already had established which was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things about Monday.com I would like to see improved are the automations. While Monday can still automate several things on our baords, I would like to see Monday have a specified automation for removing a line item when it is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is allowing our team to continuously be in the know of what projects are ongoing. This helps us reduce the "micromanaging" that other companies are known for and encourage our team to collaborate and ask for feedback when prompted. Before Monday.com, we would exchange several emails a day on one topic, and when we would reference back to that information, we would go digging for the answers again. Monday keeps all of our processess, information, and discussions in an organized matter, making it easy to find!
Best Task Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has been one of the most flexible, customizable solutions that I have ever used. I have tried Asana, Trello, etc and monday has been both my and my teams favorite. The ability to collaborate both internally and externally combined with the fact that all the fields, types, and values are customizable has been perfect. It makes the workflow seamless and I don't feel that we waste time keeping pulses or boards updated. Automations and integrations are great, and everything allows for about any collaboration I could think of. My team is hybrid so this is perfect for keeping everyone on the team aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very little negative to say. The pricing that locks some automations behind higher tiers is not my favorite, but it is completely understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for some of the best collaboration for a remote/hybrid team that does not result in massive efforts to maintain task management. Also the customization makes it a perfect fit for any organization.
Monday.com - easy to use, intuitive and a great interface
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to set up and use - a great user interface and intuitive to use. Easy and quick to on-board new users and a range of functions that we have only just started to introduce. Very responsive customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with a charity discount (which is brilliant), the additional cost of some features means that we cannot access all the great functions that Monday has...

Great software to align on projects across the company
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, a lot of integrations, easy access for external folks to have viewing permissions, easy billing if we remove or add seats

Jira integration took a while and has some glitches

We use it to track our implementations, and it creates alignment across the org.

Lack of email alerts for future tasks limits communication and proactive follow-up, hindering planning.

Great system
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is very appealing to the eyes, and easy to navigate. I have been able to customize the platform to exactly what I wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I don't have one thing I wish for it to be better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to work off a word document. I had hundreds of employees and notes on each employee in the word document. With Monday i can create each employee their own "file" and have all the documents and communication for each one in the same spot with time stamps.
