Pretty good system for Project Management

Clean user interface, lots of flexibility in fields, automation capabilities, good selection of views for data

Only one level of sub-task which limits the product for more complex project management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us with workflow management across a variety of departments and allows users to collaborate more effectively on project status / updates.
I use monday for clients pipeline management and is excellent
What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible and easy to use, plus the user interface is very pleasing.
In general it helps you build both something very simple and useful without complicating too much the thought process behind it, for example:
- you have clients and clients have contacts, you build two boards
- each client and contacts have a status, you insert a field "status"
- they have a value, you insert a field "value"
- they all have a history, so you tak the mail link and put in bcc when ever you send an email to that client
In it's essence is a major power-up to the simple excel list which I previously used. :)

There is nothing in particular which I dislike.
I just struggled a bit to connect two boards, but to be honest I solved it in one evening :)
Maybe a few more tutorials on that would be good. More tutorials are always nice.

I use to manage the sales pipeline, it puts things in order and is able to get everything organized in one board, which is all I need.
Best Project Management option
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides a simple yet powerful solution for task management. The visual interface, folder, and grouping options, provide a great way to keep everything organized. Very short learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some key features, like time tracking, dependencies, and dashboard chart widgets, are only available on the PRO license option. Formulas need to be added to reporting widgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com offers intuitive and easy-to-implement workflow management options. The many templates available allow for the easy implementation of customized solutions for different organizations in different industries. Integrations with other tools allow for enhanced collaboration and additional flexibility when implementing complex projects. The automation options are powerful and flexible enough, providing a no-code alternative for non-technical users.

Raising integration with the emails for those who work for a reason with multiple email addresses, or even one address is very lacking.
I would be happy if there was the ability to fully synchronize with Gmail so that I could only manage through Monday. Without going to Gmail every time. Same for my diary.

Enjoying the versatility of Monday.com!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how one program can provide a multitude of applications. You can use templates and even customize the boards for whatever setup you need. I am constantly discovering new features and ways I can get my tasks done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve involved, but I believe this speaks to its endless versatility. So while the complex functions take a bit to learn, you can jump right in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one place and showing which team members are responsible for which tasks. At one glance, I can see where we are at on several concurrent projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all my records are stored on one place. I am a recuiter and have all my candidates and clients together on one system. It makes life so much easier. I can also write my interview answers under the candidate on the system
What do you dislike about the product?
It's costly for one user. I am a single user and I have to pay for a few seats. They should give a different rate for startup companies. Other than that I am happy with everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that I love having everything on one system. It's all there and colour coded very nicely for me. It's user friendly. I like that I can have multiple candidates for one client and it makes it simple.
Ideal for multiple campaign project management
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive tool, easy to set up projects, add template projects, add training notes for new team members etc. My tasks list is a handy way to keep track of your, and other team member's workload
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports aren't very intuitive and we found it difficult to easily set up a report to show campaign progress, and team member workloads in an easy to view graph (although we haven't spent much time on this, so there could possibly be an easy solution we're missing)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our full team are remote workers, with a number of team members working on multiple projects at the same time. It allows us to schedule work, bounce tasks back and forth between team members, check if a person has a high or low workload, and most importantly, schedule task delivery deadlines.
An Excel Automated Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is an automated version of Excel and does help in tracking your projects, on a single pane environment, rather than having Different Excel Sheets for different projects.
It is easily customizable and can be configured for those parameters shared across various projects but may have different data inputs.
It helps and does save some time and effort on searching for specific Excel sheets, which would be indexed for old files

Depending on what and how we customize, there would be instances if your team strength is enormous, may require each line to be updated and thus eats up a lot of time

Solid product for team workload management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up and manage my workload in Monday. I love that I can easily track project progress, share files, make comments and provide feedback right in the platform. I also love having the ability to add my teammates so that we can collaborate and keep track of projects while working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really come across anything that I dislike about Monday at this time. I've been using it for over a year now and have only had a positive experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I manage many different projects, so Monday has been a huge lifesaver in getting everyone on the same page and organizing our project flow. I love that I no longer have to dig through emails to find comments, copy and feedback. We store it all on Monday, which makes it super easy and accessible to our whole team.
