Monday helps with my workflow and keeps me organized.
What do you like best about the product?
The organization and ease of use. I have used Monday for about a year now and it has helped me not miss projects or deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish it had a better way to organize the columns possibly by group instead of boards. I also wish it would take you straight to the task on the board instead of just taking me to that board. Sometimes it can be hard to find things and this would help me figure out where it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved missing projects and project deadlines. This helps our relationship with our clients and helps keep our team on top of things.
Monday.com is user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a versatile, user-friendly tool that has revolutionized project management for our marketing team. My favorite feature is that it is highly customizable, so different members of our team can use it in the way that best works for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a learning curve in figuring out the best way to make Monday.com work for our team; we had to try several different styles of boards and organization systems before we found the one that worked for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing team works with many different clients, and we have quite a few members on our team. Monday.com helps keep us on track and aware of not only what we each need to accomplish, but also what other members of the team are working on and what projects are upcoming.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday.com for its exceptional customization capabilities, which are essential for our daily operations. Its seamless integration with numerous web tools enhances our workflow efficiency. Moreover, the platform's super-user-friendly interface makes managing tasks both simple and enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main challenge with Monday.com arises from its very strengths - its simplicity and flexibility. I've become so accustomed to its ease of use that whenever I envision a new feature or capability and can't immediately locate it on the platform, I experience a bit of frustration. However, it's worth noting that in every instance so far, we've managed to find a solution, sometimes complex but always effective.

The easy way to understand the app layout, being very functional for creating processes and tracking the entire development of each task

I would like to be able to hide columns without needing to delete them

I find the visualization very colorful, I would like to be able to change the colors of Monday.

Monday.com is customizable. But the main feature is that it helps with tracking projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It depends on the user. It may become a burden if it is overcrowded with information.

I like the workflow aspet and the intuitiveness in the display. Its also realy easy ton integrate / implement in the teamwork.

I wish it would translate easier into excel spreadsheets

Monday.com is so much better than Trello

The layout and UI of Monday is great, plus the automation features save time.

We used to use Trello, which was very clunky and didn't handle the organisation of sub tasks within a project very well. It also had no automation.
