Helped our team immensely with project management and scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful how customizable the boards are. Our team uses various types of boards to track projects, timelines, and files for work across multiple brands. It is a "one stop shop" for all project information and we no longer have to sift through emails, word documents, direct messages for information we need to complete projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative aspect of monday our team has experienced is the intital learning curve of setting up various boards, projects, calendars, etc. It is a complex project management tool with so many features, which is exactly what we need, but comes with a lot of learning to set everything up and use it everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com allows all of our information to be kept in one place. It has definitely cut down on the time it takes to start and maintain projects because we no longer have to search through various emails, files, messages, etc. Any questions we have with collaborators throughout projects are all within monday.com so we can easily keep track of verions, updates, etc.

I really enjoy how user friendly monday.com is. It is so simple to add projects and make sure that no detail is missed!

I wish monday.com were a little more customizeable.

monday.com helps me and my team collaborate and keep track of our projects. It's such an easy way to make sure no detail is overlooked!
The best way to describe Monday.com is that it is not just for Mondays!!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating tasks and scheduling, the graphic quality and the many ways of viewing and controlling data has been extremely useful. We like the effective support service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to easily view multiple projects on the same page. We use dependencies a lot which triggers special assistance which causes a delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app helps us understand the overlapping tasks and how they can best be scheduled. It makes sure we do not forget to do things. This helps us be on time.

The fact that you can work with your colleagues at the same time and see everyone's updates

To be honest nothing! I really enjoy every updates on it since I got the premium version

The event planning and budget tracking, to be able to have everything at the same place is very useful

I wish I could insert a scanned document to many items all at once. Currently have to do it one at a time.

We are using Monday to track orders from many dealers at once. We can easily find a name, date or more information as needed.

Project management is much easier, and integration with google drive works well. Collaborative work inside the organization is easy to see off.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about monday.com is how intuitive it is, i can set up automations that automatically refresh my to do list daily so that i can work as efficiently as possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the colour selection for the projects, i feel it could be a bit more extensive especially for doing annual planning.i also think that the sub items should have the same columns as the main task but they can be edited to mirror this it just takes more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am able to keep track of my tasks much more easily and also i can see what other members of my team are doing so if we are colaborating on a project we can work more cohesivley.

Ease of data entry & flexibility of sorting/reporting

Customization of data fields is cumbersome

I have so many leads and they enter, develop and close so quickly I need to be able to track them from point of entry to closing so I can stay on the timeline and meet committments.

I like how each task, project or campaign can be managed in one space. Working in marketing can quickly become hectic, monday.com helps us to stay on track with what needs to be done and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes automations break and its unclear to see why/how or notice its happened until we have missed work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team see all our work in one place, whilst also holding us accountable to deadline dates in line with key projects. It allows the whole team to understand the exact point we are at with a task, allowing them to get involved easily if needed.
