Color-Coded Boards Simplify Workflow and Boost Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
With the kind of office workload I deal with the colour coded boards come accross as very user friendly and unique tool. It quickly helps me analyse what's pending and what's been already done. Thus it reduces confusion and helps me manage workflow efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading larger boards can take a while sometimes but rest the application works well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It segregates whatever's pending and classifies it into boards making it very easy to analyse workflow. Moreover, the most crucial feature for me is the how it cuts down the email threads helping our team to stay on the same page by avoiding confusion.

still learning the program but the sharing with other seems limited. the cost is a bit higher than some

being able to keep up to date with leads and tracking KPIs and data insights
Boosted Productivity and Accountability with Seamless Automation
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has greatly improved productivity by automating tasks that used to be manual, such as onboarding. It also makes it much easier to keep track of projects and monitor their progress. The people columns, in particular, help ensure accountability within the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite frustrating when workflows occasionally break. It would be good to have test workflow option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, project portfolio management is the most important feature. I also appreciate the ability to automate manual, recurring tasks, such as generating a weekly slide deck.

Diverse, configurable and scalable tool that allows for easy creation of workflows

Sometimes the load speeds are not fantastic on larger boards

Allows for better task and resource management.
Great for Workflow Automation, But less digitally instinctive colleagues might struggle

It's a very useful product for project or work management. I use the workflow and the automations all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it particularly intuitive but that does not seem to be the case with older colleagues who really struggle with automations.

Allows me to track my KPI's and get access to always live data to show the exec team how CSM are doing
Powerful Collaboration and AI Summaries, But Needs Multi-Board Move Feature

Automations/Workflows, multiple teams working collaboratively but also with boards able to be locked down.
