What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to configure monday Work Management, making it quick to set up and understand, even when there's a bit of a learning curve initially. Its reliability gives me confidence in its consistent performance. The multiple automation features are particularly impressive, allowing me to streamline various workflows seamlessly. These pre-built automations are useful and adaptable, enabling me to tailor them to meet our specific needs effectively. There's a wealth of information and tutorials available, reducing the complexity of onboarding, which further enhances the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to consolidate projects, organize HR alerts, workloads, and automations, and manage career development programs. It simplifies integration with Salesforce, enhancing productivity and efficiency across tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple intuitive tool that I can use on the basic level for myself. I can use it more robustly with my team by automating emails, reminders and creating dependencies for complicated tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some extra functions that are a little difficult to customize for large-group reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX is aesthetically pleasing, smooth, great color palette, trustworthy branding
What do you dislike about the product?
The premade templates could be more diversified and easier launchpads for teams. I couldn't find one in the beginning that matched my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The site is super easy to understand and use and has a myriad of labels and options to communicate with our team on projects effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could integrate it into our slack platform so I could have all of my daily work tasks in one place!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to access Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday is when I am re-titling a link and if i copy delete the entire item it will sometimes automatically close out the item and auto-name the title and i have to start the process over again

Monday is fixing files being all over the place as they are now all centrally located in monday

The ONLY tool for complex process management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an invaluable tool. It's so user-friendly, offers multiple views of the same challenges to help you get ahead of gaps in the process design, and the platform is very attune to human behaviors. The GANNT view, the ability to collaborate and comment are gamechangers-- and I haven't yet even tried the automation tools that integrate with our other platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Monday.com can require a bit of an onramp for first time users-- often time the person who set up the tool is managing that onboarding. Monday could be more proactive in this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most often, Monday.com is helping us create long-term action plans for interdisciplinary teams! It's such a highly beneficial tool because it forces groups to share a common project plan and take ownership over their individual deliverables. Suddenly members of creative teams and product teams are understanding their interdependencies and communicating more about the shared vision.

Excellent Project Management Software

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has a robust API and App marketplace. This allows us to have boards automatically created as our sales teams close deals and our software implementations begin using our template board. We also use Tracket app for time tracking and that is a third party app from the marketplace. We use it all day everyday and it has been a winner with our team
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning the system was quite slow at times, but recently this has improved 10x. I wish the mobile app supported the tracket app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our projects and making time tracking easier. It also help with project billing.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's expansive functionality is incredibly beneficial and helpful. Implementation is so easy! You can set up a simple board in a few miutes. You do want to give some thought to a more complex board, especially one that has dependencies or one you may want to change the view of (e.g., if you will want to change back and forth from a spreadsheet/table view to a Kanban view).

You can set up a board to manage just about anything, especially processes. The ability to create automations so an email gets sent or some other function happens after or as the result of another function or change is a huge benefit. No one has to remember or take the time to do X, Y, or Z, as Monday.com can nearly always automate whatever it is. I have staff who use it every day.

The ability to change views is very helpful, as different people work more effectively looking at info in a particualr format or simply like to see information laid out or managed in different ways. The Kanban view is my favorite for my team because it very clearly displays next tasks and progress. Just as it makes it easy for a staff member to manage their work, it makes it straightforward for a supervisor to monitor work and hold staff accountable.

We are gradually migrating all of our Excel documents to Monday.com, as Monday.com allows so much more flexibility for managing information. We really appreciate the attractive user interface and the ability to add color and different types of fields.

Our team has had no difficulty learning and using Monday.com and integrating it into our workday. Not only are there loads of videos online, it's also mostly intuitive. We appreciate that the Monday.com team continues to add new functionality - it just keeps getting more useful and more fun to use. Monday.com's customer service is outstanding. They reply quickly and thoroughly to emailed questions or problems.

In addition, are really grateful to Monday.com for giving ten free licenses to our nonprofit organization. We paid for licenses initially, so we limited the number of staff who used it. With ten free licenses, everyone can use it and manage their work more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no substantive complaints. I do wish they would allow you to eliminate commas in numbers, but that's really it! I wish I had more time to learn about and try out new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our nonprofit has a lot of workflows, projects to manage, and contact information to keep organized. All of this was becoming increasingly difficult to set up and manage effectively in Excel. Monday.com's exapansive functionality has helped us to improve processes and information management so my team works better and more efficiently. As a result, their time is spent on more meaningful work, rather than on trying to get Excel docs to function in ways they're not intended to. The Kanban view makes it so easy to see next steps, and to observe progress and success, and to hold staff accountable for outputs and outcomes. Monday.com is an incredible resource, and I tell absolutely everyone about it.

Monday: Project manager under OKRs

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has facilitated the planning of different processes through OKRs and additionally allows us to visualize their status through graphic indicators, Kanban board, critical path, and other variables that facilitate decision-making. Especially since we are a startup, it has made it easier to track processes and has contributed to the standardization of the internal processes that this implies.

For the work team, we have had different training sessions for the appropriation of this tool, and it has been easy to implement for the team. Every day we have a short meeting where we review the status of processes in Monday to define the next step.

The attention to the different questions we have had in the team from Monday's technical support service has been very efficient, and we have received very prompt responses.

This application has facilitated the integration of our strategic planning with the ease of management and visual tools that we use in our work every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is a very valuable tool, however, I believe it should allow for particular customization of the different columns in the subtasks of each macro task, so as not to have to create different boards for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows for a visual and consolidated tracking of the company's strategic planning and, in particular, of the different internal processes of the organization.
