Very good with a few small kinks that can be easily fixed.

The ease of communication as well as the AI functionalities are great!

Some automations are not moving smoothly and do have bugs that need to be worked on.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Monday.com makes it to organize lots of different types of projects. We use it every day! As a team of doers and this platform help us stay aligned. As a manager it gives me visibility into where we're at as a team and also what my team members' individual capacity is. Plus, it keeps me personally focused and on track!
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish I had time to better understand how to use all the features. In the press of business I end up doing what I know but I'm sure there are time & effort saving functions I don't realize are there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team and this frees us up to get to the work rather than building the project managent tools ourselves.
Intuitive, Functional, Simple, yet able to scale to the most complex needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize based on the type of work or project being tracked. Its scalability and adaptability are extremely useful, as are the customizable automation options. These are all easy to use, and Monday offers templates to get you started, but from there, the sky's the limit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes associating boards to each other doesn't work as easily as I would like or as intuitively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track and easily see our workflow and goals in one place.
Website is easy to use, has lots of customizable functions
What do you like best about the product?
The website has a simple layout and is easy to use. It has lots of useful functions like filtering items in the list by person or by criteria; viewing data in a list or in a Gantt chart; adding comments to an item in the list; rolling forward items from one year into the next, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any downsides of using the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com for project management and allocation. It is great for summarizing all of the information in one central spot, and providing tools to search and filter within that information. It allows us to save time duplicating data.
I've tried Asana and ClickUp - here's why MONDAY wins out.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a completely customizable project management app that allows you to store and share information, images, videos and any other assets in a searchable database. I love how easy it is to use and how modifiable. While I appreciate the directness of some of their competitors, I wanted something that I could truly customize for my own uses. I store info in my account for multiple businesses and projects. I also love the CRM and use that as well. One of the subtle but beautiful things about Monday are the color options. I want to feel attracted to my work and I love that I can make the boards colorful. My staff always comments on this and I think it improves their performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only criticism I have of the app is that it can sometimes take a bit of time to respond. I find that refreshing the page fixes this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one place. I describe Monday.com as the brains of my business.
Fantastic to have all projects for my team in one place!

Great to see what still needs attention and what is complete, as well as looking back when doing billing to see what projects we worked on and what dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little hard on mobile to get to the updates I receive via email.

Designer stays on task, and all goals/completions are clear.
Great Program for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to track the progress of different projects. It is also nice to see what my other colleagues are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like Monday.com. I am unable to think of something at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is able to help with communication across different departments and different project managers. It is a great way to see progress on tasks.
I find Monday quite useful and indispensable.

The way to organize tasks by various team members and to be able to maintain a schedule of them

on certain occasions when you are on very large boards with many people involved, as is the case with the organization I belong to, it becomes a bit difficult to locate the specific boards
