A creative well organised platform
What do you like best about the product?
Using monday.com is fantastic – it's easy to use, offers a lot of customization, and has a sleek interface. This is particularly useful as our workspaces become larger and more complex. I especially appreciate the automation and integration features, which make it simple to organize workflows and processes. We rely on monday.com every day throughout our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for dislikes, there isn't much, but there are a few small improvements that could be made. It would be great if the PDF exports of documents resembled their original appearance more closely, rather than being purely text-based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily track client tasks and change statuses where necessary. I can update communication on what is going on with a task internally and externally via Monday. I get notifications of what is due which keeps me on track with tasks. My manager can easily see my progress. Its a great platform that can also be easily integrated with AI.

The ability to have clients access certain boards as guests within the price plan. Frequency of new updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to natively auto import and export from tools like Google Sheets without having to use 3rd party apps.

Project management and CRM.

Search. Through the consulted number, I see all the history. Dashboard, indicators...

I still haven't managed to automate it with another system.

I eliminated the rework, in a single report, I can have the information of the present and the future.

I like how visually attractive the platform is while keeping us organized

Workspaces can be confusing. Mainly because left bar is not very visible compared to center of the screen

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have our whole team in one place for processes, tasks and CRM and being able to custumize it to what we needed. We use it every day and don't do anything not in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's so great to be able to do so much with it, it also took a lot of time to get where we are now and can sometimes be tough figuring how to do things in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of where all of our clients are at in the process which makes sure that we don't miss something for a client in their mediation or court process. Automating follow ups and other emails to save time for my team. Having all of our stuff in one places means we don't have to jump around to look at different softwares when we need something.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to build tables and dashboards. It gives me and my stakeholders easy visibility regarding our tasks, progress, and both team and individual bandwidth. I like the automation that can be applied per task and condition.

Monday's pre-made boards and dashboard tools was easy enough for a beginner to understand and use. I was able to build our Monday boards, dashboards and automation within a week. Likewise, my teammates had the flexibility to customize their boards and update their tasks without having to rely on me. It was second nature.

It's honestly a bit expensive. :) But it's so much better than what we're using prior which is Jira + a google sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's a lot of demand and we're getting dispersed, leading to team burnout and at times, stakeholder dissatisfaction because they don't understand "what's going on". Having visibility regarding what we have currently vs what's coming in gives us a better idea regarding our estimations in terms of delivery, time and effort. It also helps with the human element: it gives us the ability to see which of our team members are overutilized and underutilized so we can delegate tasks better. Keeps us accountable.

I appreciate the ability to customize the user experience and the ease of getting help through chat support.

Some features that would be helpful in terms of automations or mirrored colums are not yet available.

Constantly updated integrations that may be incorporated into our boards for efficiencies.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday.com is a GREAT productivity tool for our hybrid team. All of our team members use Monday.com daily. It is our "hub" for all project, tasks backlogs, future plans, and note taking. As a team working from different locations we are able to remain organized. Monday.com gives us the flexibilty to layout project plans, track goals, organize weekly meetings, and so much more. Our team is also able to conenct Monday.com to various apps we use regularly helping to streamline our work with minial effort. Extra bonus- Monday.com is visually pleasing and customizable to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recent updates to the organization options are not my favorite - BUT Monday.com has made it easy to rever to old settings which is great! No problems to report!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has taken a mess of documents, files, and calendars and placed everything in one organzied space for our hybrid team. We are able to track goals and prject plan easily.
