My team loves it!
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is super easy to use and visually appealing. The automations are great time savers and the dashboards show me quickly what work is outstanding. We predominately use monday.com for work allocation for our offshore team - there is so much more flexibility and visibility than our previous system (zendesk).
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is a little difficult when we are in the wrong time zone for live chats. We have had technical issues with our usage and for some reason the usage stats never update on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides a clear and easy way for me to receive work requests from our staff (using forms) and allocate them to my offshore team. As we change and improve processes we update the forms and tweak the board format as we grow.
Really easy to use and high impact on my team
What do you like best about the product?
It is super User friendly an I love the app. My team is able to write inmediate reports just after the visits and everyone is informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can not be integrated with our ERPs: Filemaker and Ahora
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to collect the feedback from the whole sales team and have everyone informed on real time.
Helpful Organizational Tool with Nice Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday to organize my contacts and track my progress in finding vendors and partners for my event. It's also great to set deadlines and assign people to tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it hard to decide where to put my tasks in different boards. The Gantt chart feature isn't intuitive. It's hard to decide which templates to use for different projects sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to keep track of all my event contacts, vendors, and sponsors, and it has great templates for that. I love that I can customize the labels to really meet my needs.
Mondy.com is a functional work management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The tables and options to include in them is super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation function needs a test function - otherwise, it's useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all my tasks together, making them impossible to forget, and it streamlines project management tasks while offering statistics for evaluation.
Lightweight and Usable
What do you like best about the product?
I think the UI is probably most helpful about Monday.com. The interface is intuitive and pretty much anything you think should be interactive is. For example, the tasks are drag/drop for easy reordering, column sizes are resizable, clicking goes into edit mode, the dark mode is easy on the eyes for prolonged use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest hurdle has been reporting. Being able to generate reports for tracking at a micro-level is difficult. Not all reporting views allow for the level of drilling down that I have come to expect for things like time-tracking or grouping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to visualize progress across a large number of complex projects at a glance. The views serve as helpful 'temperature' checks on the health of our progress and allow for decent communication. It is also allowing us to get better at estimating hours for future projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides its primary function of having a project tracking tool you can access from anywhere and collaborate with other teammates, it has a convienient import tool for Excel and CSV files. My favorite thing about the tool is how it works with Windows. I can copy an image from my Windows application and paste it directly into Monday without going through any upload prompts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the undo, and history tools are lacking. I would like to have the option to save versions indefinitely. I also would like to have different column options within a single board.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is amicable and easy to navigate. The fact that I can control everything from my laptop, phone, or web makes it reliable while moving. Automatization helps a lot with some tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm unable to customize some options on the boards or don't find the rules I would like.

Monday.com has allowed our team the flexibility to communicate with each other while working remotely. We can assign tasks and track deadlines with minimal stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automation's we tried to build, we were unable to do so. Particularly that if you change the status of something, it can trigger being moved into a separate folder

Collaboration and tracking were problems we faced, as certain projects were getting "lost in the cracks.". Monday.com allowed us a place to put everything down in a place we could clearly see, and see where everyone was at with any particular job.
