Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The several filters and information we can add/ see is incredible. I can customize everything as I need

It is solving the barrier of communication between workers, because we all can access the information at any time

It is easily customisable to allow for a very detailled task overview, and collaborating on items has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering on dates lacks from-to periods, which can be a bit tricky when working with very large boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the tasks are centralised in one platform, which makes collaboration easy. The implementations with other platforms such as slack help keeping track of events.

Using Monday.com allows us to have an overview of workflows, loads, delivery dates and so on.

In some interfaces the scroll is very narrow

Effortless and comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
As far as interphases go, Monday.com is one of the more user friendly cloud-based platforms you'll use for project management, it is easy to navigate and as straightforward as it can get. The multiple boards to track where in the pipeline a project is may be my favorite part; every item is easily categorized which makes it easier for me to prioritize my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only negatives about this platform is that it runs very slow, I can chalk that up to the amount of people operating in our company at any given day, as far as downsides go it could be worse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue Monday.com has easily helped resolve is keeping track of the activity on each project, with the automations and the activites log, it has never been easier to see who is handling a project at any given time.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizable functions let me put together a visual representation of all procedures for any given task. This lets everyone involved have complete transparency and knowledge of all parts of a project.

There is some disconnect between items and subitems.

monday.com is the connecting tissue that holds all of our departmernts together.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how versital it is and how we can use it for more than one thing. Projects, Customers, In Office Projects, Data tracking etc. Anytime I have a question Customer Service has always been quick to help. I live out of this system for my job so it's amazing and keeps me on track. We can also edit the templates easily and change them as our job times change

I have not found anything about Monday that is a bad thing.

They took our excel trackers and cut down on the amount of daily manual input we needed to do

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday.com for over five years. Whenever I take a position at a new company, Monday.com is my preferred project management system. For context, I'm a Marketing Director, and year after year, I discover more functionality to be incorporated into my workflows. I'm a happy customer and advocate!

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com daily to effectively and efficiently track every facet of our business, and to enable accurate, real-time reporting and strategy development. Gone are the days of tricky pivot tables and complicated excel grids, which has empowered all members of our team to take a more active role in understanding, analyzing and participating in business decisions. Visibility and reporting to management is much more transparent, and dashboards look visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountrered many downsides. There is a relatively small learning curve, and once familiar it feels pretty intuitive. The most important step is developing your boards to manage the information and report in the way you'll need it. Once a board is set up, some aspects are more challenging to adjust, but the staff at Monday.com is available to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has enhanced our ability to track in real-time - from remote locations - and report in an easy and visually appealing way.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a game changer for me. I used it extensively at the last company I worked at, and when changing companies, it was so vital to my performance that it was one of the first things I was sure to invest in at my new company. As someone who had a lot of projects going on but the need to hold people accountable for their portion, the ability to send automatic reminders is a game changer. There's no lost emails or task flags getting ignored. These ease of use for a new users is quite intuitive if they already have basic familiarity with Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with monday.com is my industry is underrepresented, but I am in a niche field so that's not to be unexpected. Each time there are new features, it gets easier to use for my field, and I've figured ways to make it work because it is still such a versatile platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides the tasks management and project management, I heavily utilize monday.com for internal audits. Being able to have automatical follow ups on deficiencies found makes it so much easier for everyone involved.
