Excelent work manager
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature on monday is how easily one can organize the daily to do work. It is very helpful for big companies and heavy workflow, specially for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there's something that i dislike about monday, but i do think that it works specially well for big companies, so it might not be ideal for small business or work groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before using monday, we used to work on a google sheet, wich was very very confusing. Upgrading to monday helped us being more efficient, working faster and being more organized with our work.

We are more organized so contact with customers is up-to-date.

Sometimes I have to type things in twice.

Communication between departments is getting much better on customer projects.

Very easy and intuitive to use. It is very straight forward.

It can be trick to choose or set up boards initially.

Sharing info amongst the team I work in on showing what we're working on and opportunities for collaboration. It is also clear for reporting to trustees etc because we can show easily what is going on.

it is easy and everything works fast. It brings many office programs functions all together

global settings for calendars. Some projects need work from Monday/Friday, and some on weekends. With global settings is not possible to use functions like duration without calculation errors. This setting should be for each panel individually

What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful tool that helps streamline workflow. It has a very easy-to-use, visually appealing interface and can be used out of the box. However, if you can work with a development partner to help build and connect your boards, it becomes especially powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could create sticky columns like you can in excel. There is also a steep learning curve to use this platform in a way to make the cost worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us centralize our workflow and create a single source of truth. There are less missed deadlines.

I like that the monday.com service has an intuitive UI/UX and supports mobile apps.

I've found monday.com to be a convenient way to manage the status of multiple projects for my team members at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I went from using a to-do sheet in Excel to Monday.com. The efficiencies gained through visual dashboards and workflows are unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that don't yet exist, but usually (not always) a customer service rep can help you find a work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding certain people to tasks so that they know they are responsible and letting them know when there has been an update to a certain task eliminates unnecessary emails and slacks.
Monday keeps me on top of my to do tasks while having the flexibility to change things on the fly.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that my whole team can see my work space add comments, and make edits. I also like how you can move and change things on your list as you go, attach notes to tasks and tag others. Monday has made working collaboratively as a team so much more productive and enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work on the fly a lot from my phone and ipad and Monday is not always the most phone and ipad friendly, glitching or making it hard to edit or change things.

It has saved me time by making my to do list digital and editable on the fly when things change. It has also created a smooth workflow in our department because we can see what one another is working on.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly intuittive to use - no need for training or tutorials. Easily keep track of projects and move things around quickly and far more nimble than using Jira, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking items within boards does not work that well especially if you have a master private board and have items feed other boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps all current WIP organized and quickly accessible for review.
