Great for Project Mgmt
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. We use this for just about everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's glitchy and things will go missing without our knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for multiple projects, reporting, staffing and keeping the most important information.
Today I can't imagine my daily tasks without using Monday's features.
What do you like best about the product?
It became essential for my teams on daily activities. Monday allows us to organize our daily tasks, be more attentive to deadlines and control all stages of a given activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface for updates within tasks could be more user-friendly. The font formatting, for example, is not intuitive and the tables are not well laid out. The IA automations could be simpler too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration between the different teams of the company had a gain in efficiency with the integrations between their Monday boards. It is specially important to help us with automatizations and proccess flows issues.
Highly recommend Monday.com for better workflow!
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Monday.com is a way for me to organize all aspects of my workflow, be it meetings, brainstorming, client info, social media integrations, manage deadlines, and connect with my team. I find it easy to use, incorporate the offered templates, and I use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is still a lot to learn about the platform, and I don't think I'm using it to its full potential. I'd like to know more about automations, forms and other tools to be able to integrate them into my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows almost all of my workflow to exist in one platform and space. It enables me to create a track tasks, easily prepare and store information related to clients, and communicate with my team in a simple and smooth way, in real time.
Monday.com has changed my work life!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have been able to build boards (by year) with groups that represent each of my sprints. Monday has given me the ability to plan my work by sprint as well as complete capacity planning using the Fibonacci sequence. I love that I can add context to each of my items, add sub-action items as well as relevant links to documentation within our other systems. My team can now easily see what I am completing each sprint as well as ther amount of points I have committed to. If future work comes to me, I can now slot it into a future sprint where I have time. Nothing is lost or forgotten..ever.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I can't share my board with everyone on my product team that I would like, as we only have a limited number of licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of not being able to plan my work (I can plan!) and capacity (I have capacity clearly captured!) by sprint as well as tracking backlog items (Two backlogs captured!).

What do you like best about the product?
Innovative. Collaborative. Reliable. It's everything we needed in a project management software and we're continuing to learn more of what Monday.com offers. It's a HUGE asset to the growth of our company.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative (which really plays into the benefit) is that there is SO much that Monday.com can do that it feels almost overwhelming to get started. The tutorial videos could certainly offer more in the way of coaching on all their capabilities.

We had no place outside of our emails and in-person meetings to collaborate on projects before Monday.com. It solved a gap in our communication and growth.

Monday.com keeps our increase in productivity incrieasing since we started using it.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is ease of use, got a simple and intuitive design, automation possibilities, integration with external applications. It connects all process and teams easily and makes our team work flow smoothly. We had an exponencial increase in productivity since we started using it and we still think we can improve even more. We keep addind boards and automations frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually can't think about a thing I dislike about monday.com. We use it a lot. It meets all our expectations. Everything We need to create, control and organise we think about using Monday.com

We have a lot of processes with several teams so It solves our task managment and integration betweens teams, allowing us to have a fluid workflow.
It also helps the way we measure ous KPI's, makes it easier to have all the historic of the task.

Its a great platform! I use it at work and it's super easy to navigate. It's a great way to have lists and calendars

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can upload documents which are too large to email. I also enjoy the gif feature which allows to add a bit of fun into my daily work tasks. I enjoy that it is an effective tool to organize clients and motivate staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the main workspace search bar does not pull / search all the information from all my work boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our staff to communicate and keep record of status on each client and perspective lead. It is very valuable information that would otherwise be too difficult to track.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage projects, deadlines, and collaborate with my team. I use this platform on a daily basis, and I love the ability you have to visualize all of your board's information. Since using monday.com I've never had to contact customer support.

Mobile app isn't as flexible as using the desktop. One thing that can be improved is the filters.

Monday.com speeds up so many daily tasks. The automations keep me up to date and on track. And the simplicity of setting up boards is great.

If I had to make an improvement, I would add more board templates for those new to the platform
