What do you like best about the product?
Great interface
Easy to customise tabs and boards according to what you need
Many elements that help with pretty much everything you would need

It is annoying that the minimum amount of users you can get per subscription is 3, it should also be available for individuals

Monday.com is flexible and customizable and easy to use

Monday.com isn't great for database type storage (excel/airtable replacement);
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of ongoing to-do items and monday allows us to track progress and report in a continuous way saving emails and IM's
I'm working with Monday on several subjects, action item list, R&D plans and sales prospects.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy configuration. The fact we can add very quickly new dashboards and GANNTS
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to do specific changes. The tutorials are not clear enough especially for the GANNT charts

Sharing and updating dashboard for all team members, easy dashboard configuration and usage

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday.com is the ability to track, communicate, comment on, and finalize progress. Feels good to be able to check out what other teams are up to and how you can support. Seeing it makes it real!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Monday.com is that you can totally get lost in the sauce of other boards if you are tagged in them and it isn't your usual portal. I would like to see a stronger dasboard with notifications that don't just disapear like a push notification
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The to dos that need to be done, who is accountable, how long it will take/is taking and how to escalate it (by tagging relevant folks instead of a whole email thread)

What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com offers several impressive features, there are areas where it can improve based on user feedback. One limitation is the restriction on the number of boards that can be added to the portfolio dashboard, hindering the ability to centralize all reporting in one place. Expanding this capability would greatly enhance the platform's effectiveness for comprehensive reporting.
Another area for improvement lies in the handling of subitems. Currently, Monday.com primarily focuses on tasks and projects, excluding subitems from fully utilizing the platform's features. Extending support for subitems would benefit users who require more granular organization and management within their workflows.
Additionally, the absence of a built-in recurring task capability is a notable limitation. While there is an app in Beta that addresses this need and it looks quite promising, integrating a native recurring task feature directly within Monday.com would streamline the experience and eliminate the need for external solutions.

Highly flexible for simple users to power users. Can create a GUI app for many business use cases. Lots of integrations.

API rate limiting and reliability. Lack of powerful integrations or full support of features for integrations.

Monday provides a flexible platform to manage, book and invoice our professional services. It takes the headache out of manual tracking.

One aspect that I find lacking in Monday.com is its Kanban functionality. While the platform offers a range of project management options, the ability to effectively use Kanban boards is limited. The customization options for Kanban boards are not as extensive as desired, hindering users from fully adapting the Kanban methodology to their workflows. Furthermore, the reporting elements in Monday.com could be improved. While basic reporting features are available, there is a need for more advanced reporting functionalities, such as customizable templates and visualizations, to provide deeper insights and support data-driven decision-making. These areas present opportunities for Monday.com to enhance its features and provide an even better user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Organization of workflows, execution of action plans. It is possible to involve several collaborators in the project, divide into tasks, and assign responsibility for each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit high, even for the business version. Some limitations for creating reports. Unfortunately, the company where I work discontinued the tool, I was left longing for it.

Monitoring ongoing projects, monitoring the team's contribution, monitor several projects at the same time.
