Very good solution
What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides a coherent and encompassing way of managing project and activities, helping out with collaboration and managing processes across the organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve, particularly with automation implementation, can be somewhat steep, UX should be simplified and UI made more accessible and understandable for newbies in project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring collaboration across a wide spectrum of internal projects, automated process tracking, alerting and potential for improving time for problem solving. Automations in particular contribute to improving overall efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do multiple things on one website and have a team assigned and to see whats going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
the support can take some time to get back to you when you email.

CRM and keeping track of clients progress with cadences.

The most valuable part of using monday.com is the endless automation possibilities.

Don't have too much to dislike, as everything is easily viewable and can be customized to how you want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed software that could easily track our sales efforts, and Monday CRM has been that solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Monday's low cost and customizable features for small businesses. Setting up a project management board or tracking specific campaigns is easy with this intuitive platform. Unlike other boards I have visited, Monday utilizes modern technologies that are optimized to meet the needs of today's businesses while providing an understanding of both program management and project management. This makes it my preferred choice when making business process decisions on Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Monday.com's search capabilities are not as reliable and comprehensive as they could be. In addition, there are some hiccups in the service that can lead to unexpected problems, such as emails being sent when they weren't intended or projects disappearing even though their names remain on file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helped me address issues such as poor communication between team members, missed deadlines, and lack of progress tracking. It was incredibly useful for keeping track of tasks and making sure they were completed on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the versatility and flexibility of the Monday.com interface. The ability to customize settings, colors, fonts, and themes, as well as collaborate with others in a secure environment, is an invaluable asset to any organization. With its clear visual display of tasks at every stage from assigned status to completion, it helps everyone understand their roles quickly and efficiently work together toward team goals, even when members are located remotely or work different hours due to global time differences. In my opinion, this accessibility is what I like best about Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed two main shortcomings with Monday.com - difficulty accessing and understanding the tutorials available, and a lack of intuitive mobile use. As we have had to learn how to get the most out of it over time, I cannot be sure whether or not my team is using it to its full potential. In addition, navigating the application on mobile devices can be quite complex at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday.com, I can easily keep track of my accounting for monetary transactions such as bank transfers and declined payments related to the business. This helps me quickly identify faulty products, their cost, and losses as a result.

Ease of use and flexibility. Also able to customize its bords and functionality

Wish I could use power automate with the software instead a zapier.

Helps provide a central place to post project updates. Also able to create task and assign them.

The best project management software
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the convenience and efficiency that Monday.com provides, as its features have made task management much easier. It helps me stay one step ahead in achieving my goals, thus enabling a more efficient flow of work for all teams involved in projects that I participate in or manage. The automation feature is also an invaluable tool that allows multiple common operations to be performed automatically -- freeing up time from manual processes so I can spend it on value-added activities instead!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I do not have administrator control in Monday.com, which means that I cannot add a new column without the help of our IT admin, and it can often take them quite some time to do so. This limits my flexibility when trying to view information on my own terms - although there is an option to customize and save individual views, this isn't always possible with lower level access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday.com, I'm able to keep better track of our projects, making it easier for me and my team to stay organized. All tasks are easily visible in the platform, so I always know who is responsible for what.
