A pioneering experience with infinite possibilities.

What do you like best about the product?
What makes Monday so useful for me is the way it is easy to visualize within the app, making it easy to adapt to. In just a few weeks or even days, you get used to it and start to learn more about its various features, all of which come with an explanation of how they work, making it even easier to understand the platform.

Additionally, the ability to create dashboards with graphs makes Monday even more captivating. It's possible to track everything on just one screen, which is undoubtedly sensational for me. I also highlight the attention and support; they always contact us to show us features and new updates of Monday and are always very willing to assist with questions and inquiries.

In my daily routine, and in the daily routine of the department, Monday is used frequently, and as time went by with only our department using it, other departments saw the conveniences that Monday brings, and it ended up spreading to other departments in the company, which is undoubtedly making everyone's life much easier.

I am very grateful to the Monday team for this wonderful tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main problems I encounter with Monday is the connectivity with other platforms without having to pay. For example, I wanted to connect it to Google Sheets, but most of the widgets and apps for that within Monday are paid, which complicates some things. A suggestion would be that apps related to these commonly used tools in companies, like Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, etc., be free. I know it's difficult, but it's a suggestion.

Recently, I started delving more into the formula functions in Monday, and I noticed a certain limitation regarding calculations with sub-elements. I created a column with cost in the sub-element and wanted to calculate these costs in the formula column in the element. However, when using the formula for sub-elements, I saw that only two possibilities were available: either count the number of sub-elements or have the formula return the names of the sub-elements. This was a bit disappointing. In the end, I managed to work around this situation through a widget on the dashboard. But anyway, here's the tip that if possible, create more ways to interact with the sub-elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, this company was my first job, and when I arrived, they already had Monday, so I never experienced a reality without it. However, I imagine that the problems it solves would mainly be work management, visualization of demands and deadlines. With it, it's almost impossible to miss a deadline or forget a demand. In terms of communication of demands, I see how important it is because through the demand update field, I see how useful it is for notes and communication with others in the sector about the progress of the demand itself. In the project management part, we are implementing this now, controlling expenses with sponsorships. Before, we used spreadsheets, but we had difficulties in recording everything and visualizing it. Now we have brought this to Monday, and it is still in testing, but we are already seeing many advantages in visualizing and monitoring expenses, as well as speeding up responses, payments, etc.

Monday customer tailored to our Operations...

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com was a great fit for our business as we already had systems that worked for us but they were in the physical world. We needed something that worked the same but in the virtual/cloud world! I was able to mimic our systems in a way that was familiar to our operations so as to not miss a beat. As time has gone on, we are in our third year of use, we have been able to easily implement new functions into our already great system quickly and easily! Keep in mind I am not a programmer of any kind. I was able to get things up and running in a matter of a day or two and never looked back! Used constantly each day by 15 of our Team Members. We've also easily created new boards to track performance and improvements. If you can imagine it, I think Monday.com will do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were anything that I disliked, it would have been the mobile app but this has been updated more than once and things are very smooth and useful. The people at Monday have listened to our wants and needs and fixed them! This has improved exponentially!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for multiple production managers to view what is going on with their projects as well as their counterparts projects. As work load changes, we have to look at division of labor and this makes it very easy to reassign jobs to other managers quickly and easily. They can be completely moved to another manager or we can just add an assistant to a job to help out while the original is overloaded. It seems if we can imagine a need, we can also find a way to implement a solution to the equation. Best of all we can reach out to communities to ask questions or just read about what others are doing in order to help answer questions.

Game changing for event planners

What do you like best about the product?
Visually, Monday.com is the best project management system I've utilized as a Senior Event Manager. I also love the templates that are ready to utilize, and the widgets you can connect to boards to easily see things like % of completion on a project, charts/graphs, and more. This is the best tool I have for my team to stay on top of big milestones and smaller tasks (things that are easy to forget, but we can't).
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling to think of something to say here :) If i had to choose something, I would say time it takes to set up a new project, however, my team uses this for ALL tasks for tradeshows so we likely have more items than the average user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easy for my team to stay on top of their work and know what is due and what is coming. We were previously using an Excel spreadsheet so Monday.com is a game changer!

What do you like best about the product?
You have an easy overview of the streamline for your daily task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time tracking only on Pro projects plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a really simple project management tool, we can see which people are involved for the projects and what are the latest changes through comments. So i don't even need a call to my colleague and just check monday.com for updates.

Using it for everything!

What do you like best about the product?
Fully customizable to 99/100 of our needs. We are using this to manage everything from clients to employees to payors to daily task tracking for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot to learn the features and there is no support. Sometimes we need help figuring out the best way to do something and there is no one to ask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use as a CRM to track phone calls among the team. We use to communicate and track the status of referrals and new employees. It is a one-stop-shop for keeping our team communicating about all aspects of our business. Invaluable.

Best digital organizational platform

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all of my requested marketing and graphics tasks neatly organized and categorized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any disadvantages to the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous to the pandemic I had a team including a lead designer and social media marketer. At that time we utilized the software for workflow management and collaboration. Since the pandemic, the team was eliminated leaving me as a department of one. It is imperative that I keep every duty logged into the software app in order to stay on task and not miss any request from approximately eight departments that rely on me.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the User interface. It is nice and clean. I appreciate being able to filter in multiple way to see my projects from a different lens for better oversight.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite complex in all it's design - limitations on how many ppl on a board is hard when managing a large project with many contributors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with solving issues on project management. It benefits us by tracking who owns what items. We are able to see and track multiple deadlines at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly user friendly and intuitive to use! The boards have all the right features and I'm constantly learning new ways to make the most of these!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish there was more flexibility in the note taking (monday doc) function, but this is a small gripe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows me ti keep track not only of my own deadlines, time constraints and workload, but I can check on what my team mates are doing so we can always align! Sharing what and when we are doing things is what we primarily use monday for and it makes life much, much easier.
