Great Product

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to get set up and I like how simple it is to manage our departments tasks. The automations make it simple to set up recurring tasks (like weekly "to-dos"), and I can see at a glance what everyone in the department is working on and when it's completed or due.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that automations don't allow for pre-dating. For example, if a recurring task is due every Tuesday, there's no way to add that information to the automation. You have to wait for the automation to update and then find the item and add a due date to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track all of the annual activities for our department for the calendar year, and set up future years as well. It's an efficient way to track our work and tasks don't get missed or forgotton.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is helping me bring my marketing strategy to life! It's so easy to create different boards with the various marketing and customer retention strategies that we are rolling out throughout the year. The collaboration with various members of the team is so simple and the UI is by far the best that I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the only downside is that I have not had the time to learn all of the different options within the system. I'm probably only using a fraction of what's available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team works remote and this allows easy communication of goals and next steps

Amazing User Friendly Work Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely user-friendly and easy to customize dashboards for all needs. The integration tool to other CRM software and the visibility of project tracking are a few of my favorite features. I highly recommend utilizing the custom automation which will help streamline processes and speed up passing tasks to the next user. This software makes collaboration a breeze. Our company uses Monday.com every day and found it easy to implement new processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time tracking feature is only available in a pro plan. Also having "locking" features on documents so there is not accidental editing would be great to add for a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves multiple questions about the status of a project. Each customizable dashboard is easy to read, whether it is your first time or 100th time using Monday.com. Any user can open the account and see if a project is on track and who is working on it.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to customize anything from our CRM to job dispatching all from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better template provided that would allow us to take information from multiple field service crews and streamline that information to accurately job cost projects without manually inputting data from multiple places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They seem to constantly be making updates to integrate new technologies.

What do you like best about the product?
Even our employees that struggle with technology find Monday.com so intuitive and helpful, they were more than willing to adopt

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped me become more organized and productive by enabling me to create timelines and documentation for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate being charged extra for individual features. I prefer a single-price package for all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with managing my tasks and time. Categorizing and linking emails and other supporting documents in Monday.com has been extremely helpful.

-diversity in it's uses (various forms, tracking uses, polls, etc)

-confusing integration set-up - this took the longest to really understand and be able to use effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping streamline our HR processes and make things more transparent which is crucial with teams that have multiple members that need to be in the know of what's taking place.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely helpful for organizing projects in a logical, efficient way. It helps to streamline the process of generating a project and turning it into measurable, step-by-step tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can quickly become cluttered if you don't strategically archive items or create automation for archiving/moving tasks once they're completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides an ongoing record of what has been done and still remains to be done on a project. That is especially helpful when reviewing a project with a client because they have a user-friendly, visual tool that helps them see where we are in the process of their project.
