What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives you the option to arrange and customize your files by task, by date, and by name. Also, this gives me a clear view of what my colleagues and I do in a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just want more colors to give me more options to differentiate things. No big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and work visibility amongst colleagues. I don't have to explain the tasks I do and when I do it. Also helps me check the progress of my agents and the completion of their tasks.

Game changer!

What do you like best about the product?
It has completely transformed the way I run my business and the way my team works. My team is more engaged, we all have visibility of where things are at and when they are due. It is a very user friendly and clean UI and the app is great for when we're on the go and needing to do things. Overall, I am thrilled with Monday.com and so glad my friend got me on to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. I haven't explored enough as I am time poor but would like to take the time to watch tutorials and learn shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time visibility of all our work, the stage it is at and who is working on it. To have one centralised, dependable, easy to use system to run our business is resulting in better client and team outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the most efficient project management tool I have ever used. It is user friendly, and allows you to create a system that works for you, no matter the industry you are in or the type of market you serve. It has an enormous amount of resources available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any problems with, or even obstacles with setting up Monday.com the way I wanted to. There has been an easy solution for each need I have had to address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps our team connected, allows everyone to see what stafe each project is at, and allows everyone to contribute via comment to the discussion on each topic. It makes it easy to keep everyone informed, and information to stay current.

Easy to Use and Feature Rich

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to get started using, it's extremely versatile, and the built-in automations are great. Our organization has had great success with adoption, and teams are using it in a variety of ways to meet their needs. It has become an indispensable, daily tool for many of our teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been having some quirky SSO-related issues, but it's nothing that an end user would notice. I am working through it with Monday support right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reason we chose Monday.com was to remove silos from work acqusition, and make collaboration easy and repeatable for pursuits that involve several departments and team members. By using an API integration with our CRM, plus in-app automations and templates, the teams involved have been able to manage their pursuit work better than ever before.

Easy to customize and a powerful tool

What do you like best about the product?
The app has made it a no brainer for our team to comunicate and stay on the same page with the multiple projects going on. We are able to automate follow-up emails to our customers, and our close rate has increased, and so has our ability to identify areas that we do well on and areas we need work on. This is a tool everyone should have in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with other apps is sometimes clunky

Our ability to keep track of, and manage the multitude of clients a bids we have out as well as organizing our pipeline.

Monday.com has helped my team accomplish more with less

What do you like best about the product?
We have a small departent of 4 people (within a very large organization) and a great deal of high-profile, deadline-driven work to do. Our project manager was able to customize monday.com to quickly and easily track and manage projects from day-to-day and ensure that we don't drop requests. Projects are assigned to the people participating in them, and various tasks are set up and assigned to ensure we don't miss a step.

I love the ability to add subtasks, include notes, and create individualized dashboards (which increase productivity.) The system is intuitive and easy to use; it shows at a glance where projects are at.

He also set up the system to run reports that show how many projects have been open, how many we are working on, how many have been completed, how many tasks have been logged, and what type of projects/for whom we are working on them for. Our projects range from simple (a two-sided postcard) to very complex (a 25-page website).

Last year, we opened 402 projects, completed 305 projects, and logged 1787 tasks—all with the help of monday.com. We've used other project management systems before, but this one beats the others hands-down. I am glad we selected this product to use. We're now expanding it to use beyond my team to other adjacent teams in the building.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very little downsides to monday.com. Depending on the sophistication of the staff member you have setting up your project system, you may not harness all the power that the product can bring. We have a super-user on our team who was able to conceptualize and build a system that works perfectly for us. He has made minor tweaks over time, but it's largely set up the way he started it two years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping my team track, manage and report on their projects throughout the course of the year. Benefits include projects being on time, items not missed, and accountability for all team members. We are also able to do project reporting that helps me manage resources and show how human capital is being used.

Could'nt make it though the week without Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
What I love not "like" best about Monday.com is its flexibility. I am able to design pages that allow me to visualize the work that I have to complete for the week, plan and execute short and long term projects, collect contact information, notes about jobs, and digital management of all of my files. As a professional musician I log all of the details about upcoing performances, personnel and payment information onthis platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful are some of the add ons. I was never able to generate invoices to my liking, something always seemed to go wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work flow, weekly planning, goals and implementation, stoarage of files

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me organized, it's easy to use, it's designed well, can link notifications to email or slack. It makes my work easier! It makes project management possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more difficult to use on a phone. Desktop is much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps manage work flow between me (project manager) and graphic designer. It helps create better communication and tracking abilities.

What do you like best about the product?
MONDAY.com has been a game-changer for our team collaboration. It's easy to use and helps with efficient task management, deadlines, team assignments, and collaboration in real-time. The automations we can set up help our team run efficiently!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to hire a MONDAY.com coach and expert to jump on real-time and help set boards up!
