What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to add, visualize, control and edit information. Color-coding and including people is also fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some functions, such as filtering by a custom date period.

I can keep track of all platforms and documents I work with, and check easily their status.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is best used for organization and assigning tasks to members of our team. Being able to clearly see the tasks that my coworkers are doing at the moment helps a ton.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can get incredibly congested at times to be confusing to navigate. At times, the application lags and doesn't update tasks as they were changed - leaving room for confusion from the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of quickly and effectively assigning tasks to our team members. Everybody is far more effective with these tasks being clearly drawn out for everyone to see.
Easy to provide updates to team, managers, and directors
What do you like best about the product?
it's not complicated or requires a special app installed like Microsoft Project. Gantt charts will slowly kill you. Monday seems a bit fun... it makes project management more enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a lot to fit on a screen - and sometimes when you're scaled down to just the laptop screen working on the go, it's hard to see everything the same as if you're sitting in front of your large monitor at home.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us visually divvy up things that need review and working on projects. it's easy to look at, and that's a nice place to start.

What do you like best about the product?
I've just started a new role at a company that uses Monday and it's thus far been a fairly intuitive application to use. In particular I've liked the content calendar feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure when I first opened Monday I was offered a tutorial or anything. I'm being onboarded by colleagues but I imagine without this I might've struggled to grasp the structure and layout of the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, I use Monday to plan social media posts and communications campaigns, and I've found the calendar feature and the ability to edit colours and notes very helpful on that front. I think it's difficult to visualise content plans so Monday makes that very easy. My colleagues use it for production/client work but I haven't yet done so.

Since it has more features and customization options can make it overwhelming and sometimes confusing for some users. And it is entirely web-based, meaning that users need an internet connection to access the platform.

Teams often struggle to keep track of all their projects and tasks, leading to confusion and delays. Monday.com provides a clear and visual representation of all tasks, their status, and deadlines, making it easier for teams to stay on track

I have mostly worked with the Apis and custom app integrations with Monday.com, which was easy considering the well-documented information and the vast community and the helpful technical support available.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have encountered numerous times is that there are limitations on the action we can perform on mirror and formula columns. These restrictions could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing monday.com for various use cases that exist specifically for us. For instance, implementing a somewhat CPQ-like feature for product offers and discount applications and user authentication management paired with email notification to the user on login. All these are managed directly on the Monday boards, possibly because of the available automation and inbuilt app integration.

Firstly, the platform is extremely intuitive and easy to use. The user interface is well-designed and allows quick access to the main functionalities. Additionally, the platform offers a wide range of project management tools, such as the ability to create a Gantt chart, assign tasks, and track progress in real-time.

Despite its numerous qualities, there are some negative aspects of Monday.com that may pose problems for certain users. Some people may find the platform too complex or too customizable, especially if they have no prior experience in project management or using similar tools. This may make it difficult for them to fully utilize all the features offered by the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Using monday.com we can manage tasks at the subitem level at the same time we can track the status of tasks using dashboards also we can get notifications using automation and integration. Monday.com Also provides an Integration platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations of columns. In the dashboard, and chart views we cant use the formulae column. Also, there are some problems in the monday.com pivots view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using monday.com I am saving valuable time using quick dashboard views. Monday.com also provides Intimations as required. Using monday.com I can easily interact with my teammates and able to discuss tasks easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday is its interface, which is very pleasant. Also, the system for scheduling automations is extremely simple and easy, which allows saving time on many updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like each task or asset to generate its own URL to be able to link tasks with others through links within the same Monday. For example, a task from the design team that has an autogenerated URL, to share it directly with another team and through the link be able to consult the request in general.
Another thing that could be improved is the functionality of the boards, making them more versatile, allowing them to have various types of modules within a single view.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us a lot to make the distribution of project tasks a simple job. Quickly, one can create a to-do task, assign a person in charge, and give instructions. In the same task, you have all the modifications, saving us from long email threads. If you need to look something up, the search system within the board makes it easy for you. It also allows us to concentrate all the assets associated with a project in one place, making it very practical when looking for creatives, copies, and even reports.

There are numerous things I can say I like about Monday, be it the ease of creating workflows or creation automation as per any requirement or the superfast integration for a custom app. But amidst all those, what I like the best is the community of Monday which is always there to help, and the whole experience of asking a question eventually becomes a good learning experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times when I needed to do something with subitems, but due to the limitations of the restricted actions we can perform on them, I had to find a workaround. Also there are monday.com retry mechanism and restriction on sending data with monday header for authentication purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday eliminates the requirement for a single codebase for data separation, visualisation, and configuration by delivering an on-the-fly UI where we can configure, supply inputs, and visualise data.This has come in handy when I'm integrating an app that requires change from a user who has no coding skills and can submit input from the Monday board, and all of the processing is done before it touches the app source thanks to automation and workflow.
