Team Connectivity with Projects has Never Been Better
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows any project or task to move from an idea to actuality. It allows you to set timelines, expectations, upload documents, and assign users to the project to have collaboration and see actual progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that I wish Subitems could have Subitems. Sometimes you just need one more layer of tasking within a task or project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is all work from home or has employees in different countries. Monday allows real-time updates to show on projects that develop our business regardless of where we all are, and without a huddle or meeting needing to be scheduled. Meetings are now for next steps instead playing catch up from the last meeting.
Monday.com is such a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it keeps me organized as well as how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think probably that it doesn't integrate with our email platform but I'm ok with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage large-scale campaigns and provides information on where we are on the project path.
Perfect Platform to Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is perfect to see all your projects, deadlines, and stauses all on one page. Its perfect to help stay organize and see what deadlines are approching quicker than other. I also LOVE how you can see who is working or in charge of a project and can leave comments to update everyone on how the project is coming along.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found any downsides yet. It has been very beneficial to me so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to see deadlines so you wont miss them.

Monday is a user-friendly platform that is easy to use and explore, which allows you to learn as you explore, and you can also watch videos and tutorials online.

its diversity for the use of different boards and how to personalize our work centers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the case of great diversity and number of tasks to be executed, Monday is a tool that allows you to leave in the hands of Monday the notification via email of the tasks to be executed through a good system automation.
Why Monday.com is my favorite task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Monday.com can be built how you want it - there are so many different ways to engage with monday.com, anything you need, you can build it. Great for task management, team collaboration, and CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since monday.com has so many options, if you let someone get TOO creative with it, it may start turning into something that's difficult to navigate. Luckily, monday.com has a 'search everything' function, so if whoever is building it has foresight and an established naming system, then it's near perfection. There are some automations I would like to see. Also,there are some automations and some email functions that could be changed for greater ease of use on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com primarily as a CRM + Task and Project Management system. It is great for keeping our contacts and associated tasks all in one place.
Probably the best to-do list I've ever had
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday as an organisation/to-do list tool for my busy days in Customer Success, and it makes it so easy for me to stay on top of all of my clients. I like that you can assign people and due dates and categories and statuses and all sorts on your tasks, and arrange them into boards. We have it integrated into Slack too, so I don't miss an update.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of very much I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it much easier for different departments to collaborate, making it a fantastic tool for a remote-first company like ours.
Great tool for business communication and accountability
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com provides businesses, ranging from small to large corporations, with several features that facilitate the organisation and visualization of their data for use by relevant stakeholders. In my experience, it is one of the most user-friendly tools I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the same way as any other tool, implementing it within an organization can be challenging. Resistance to change is common.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using monday.com is helping me prioritise and delegate tasks when communication can be a challenge while working for a large corporation. By presenting information in a visually appealing way that anyone can understand, it makes it easier for every employee to adhere, thereby gathering more information.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been amazing for us. We have an interpreting company who has very specific needs when it comes to accepting new assignments, then assigning them to an interpreter, then processing payment from the client and paying the interpreter. It can be all very complicated, but Monday has allowed us to create our own custom management system, where we can keep track and stay on top of everything, Monday has been a complete game changer for our company. We love the detailed report of what/who/when a change was made to a log.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is a little slow but the developers have mentioned that they are working on the lagginess of it. It can slow us down when its laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday, we were using Google Calendar and it was so messy. We had so many things to document and documenting it all in one calendar event was extremely unorganized and not very effective. Now that we have Monday, we are able to customize every entry. For example, we have column for our client column for start time and time the email requester and a list of other things that we need for each assignment.

IIt is an easy-to-use platform, it is effective and versatile. Constantly growing and improving to offer more opportunities to the client.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to simply connect various teams and boards into a cohesive project. In the past, we used Excel for everything and had to share documents multiple times. Updates had to be physically tracked with no sort of automatic reminders on due dates. Monday solves many problems.
The various tools we can use to get help is awesome. The community, videos, walk thrus, etc are all very useful in learning the multiple tools and applications that are available.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some restrictions on maximums, which I know Monday is working on. One restriction is the ability to use formulas and mirrors in relation to automations/notifications.
