What do you like best about the product?
I like the way monday.com helps to arrange work schedule and organize both old and new reports. Helps to Describe the type of Job to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times its difficult to upload or delete reports. On few occasions its difficult to find a file with the report number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To Help organize work reports for future references.
Useful but expensive

The increase in seat price every year.!!

Creating project summaries and structures, the ease of use for my project team.
Efficient work management with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and I get to add files and more relevant data to each task and subtask. It's also easy to track the progress of our projects. I use Monday every day for the work that I do, and now it makes my job more efficient. It's nice that I have my own board for everything related to my task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming for a complex business structure. I need to switch boards occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized platform for all our projects and workflows so it won't be too complicated for us to communicate each task and deliverables.

What do you like best about the product?
A good central hub for collaboration and execution across departments. Monday's intuitive interface makes it easy for users at all levels to navigate and contribute. The ability to assign tasks, set milestones, and track progress in real time helps drive accountability and transparency in a start-up environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform excels at organising workflows, it's less clear how much it actually drives productivity beyond task management.

Monday provides clear visibility across projects and helps us better prioritise platform development in a customer-led, strategic environment.

Easy to use when setting up new implementation plans

Simple to use, it notifies all the relevant parties, it allows you to invite people to view the boards from outside your organisation. We've found it great to stay across all our different clients implementation plans when we roll out our software.

Sometimes I wonder if there are areas I'm not using effectively.

We didn't know where we were up to during each training and implementation phase for our clients, we also struggled to know where staff were up to as we weren't recording anything in an area the team could access. Monday.com has resolved all of that.

Working with Monday in the notary's office has been a fundamental experience for improving the organization and control of notarial processes. Thanks to this tool, we were able to create customized boards that allow detailed tracking of each file, from the incorporation of companies to notices to the UIF. The platform stands out for its ease of use and implementation, which facilitated its rapid adoption by the team, and allowed for constant and efficient use in daily activities.
The wide variety and number of available functions, along with its ease of integration with other tools, allowed us to automate tasks and reminders that facilitated strict compliance with legal deadlines, avoiding delays and errors. Additionally, Monday enhanced communication and coordination among team members, centralizing information in one place, and ensuring that everyone was aligned with progress and pending tasks.

It could improve in the implementation of certain formulas and automations.

At the moment, we have no issues with the platform.
Monday for Non Profit Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it allows us to breakdown silos and communicate easier as a time. Being able to track and provide updates on projects has been a game changer for us! Plus, they provide a non-profit discount which is very helpful for our budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow or clunky of a website to use. Rarely the servers will go down and while it's only happened to me once, it did prove frustrating because I can't access my tasks for the day for several hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our communication issues and making it easier to collaborate.
