A better way to organize productivity and finances in our agency
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very intuitive and visual, so it's way more easy to manage our projects in this interface. It allows our teams to collaborate efficiently on budget task, track problems and manage new and old projects in a flexible and customizable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Monday improved, but still has some bugs sometimes, like customized tabs or subprojects with too many topics are show empty and take a little to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve most of the profitable problems, because we have a lot of projects and a lot of clients, so with Monday, we are able to orgnize all the financial status in each project.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to chat to colleagues and navigate - I've never used another platform this seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a shared documents tab where all documents shared on a channel are kept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of easy comms whilst remote working. You can have a similar speed and ease of conversation as in person.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adapting the product to our unique business processes. There are also a robust set of feature options. Getting started was quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say this is a dislike, but I do wish there amount of monthly automations on our account isn't tied to the license levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire team now works transparently. We can all see, on demand, what we're spending our time on. It has allowed us to report out on the value we're adding and to identify areas where work is being unnecessarily duplicated.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped with tracking where I am in communication with all of my catering clients. With every client I am in a different stage of building there catering event. Ranging from picking menu options, dates, times, people count, last talking notes, and billing. It helps me know where I left off when I get back to a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to view PDF files on the mobile platforms are a little bit buggy, and dashboards could be more refined when using them to view live data when communicating with clients. A exmple would be when a new catering client is added to a board or group, it shows up on the dashboard in a different color with there order PDF able to be tapped on and viewable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing how Monday engages with their customers and wants to improve and implement new features, when new tools come out, it always seems to be perfect timing for what I need to further my event planning strategies.
Easy to use, a must have for start ups!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use and adaptable to our companies unique needs. We use it regularly to help project manage internal projects and to manage customer requests. It's easy to onboard new joiners onto the platform. There are tons of great features which. means the product fits our needs.

It can sometimes be difficult to get things in the right pleases but once you get the hang of it it's easy

Swiss Army Knife for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday.com has allowed me to get control over everything from my daily to-do list to product development sprints, incoming client requests, client onboarding, knowledge base, marketing projects and more. It truly is a swiss army knife and can be used in endless ways to help individuals and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have yet to find any downsides or have any substantive issues. I'm probably not coming close to utilizing all of the features. So the downsides are more on my side in not taking advantage of everyting monday.com has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping our teams solve the problems of pure workload overwhelm. We are all facing more to do and less time to get it done. In particular, managing technical projects for dozens of clients present a ton of challenges. Monday.com gives us the tools and the platform to get organized on everything. document processes, track project steps, organize data, create forms to make it easy to capture client requests. This benefits our team by effectively creating an operational dashboard and go-to source for everything we're doing. It creates a sense of calm and drives efficiency day to day!

What do you like best about the product?
I think what's most helpful is (especially for a remote company) you can see what all of your coworkers are working on and all have visibility into the due dates. It is very easy to keep track and manage projects when you have visibility into what your team is working on outside of your project. It's also beneficial when you're able to leave comments to one another through the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides to using Monday was there was a bit of a learning curve when integrating it into my day-to-day processes and sometimes it would take a little longer to add in a task than it would just to ping your peer, but once you get used to it, it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having visibility into team members' tasks and bandwidth. Making sure that everyone is aware of deadlines and ensuring that people are working through their tasks in order to hit the deadline.

Monday is fantastic! It cuts back on emails between those of us in the company and houses everything so all records are in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Monday had more options to have accounting features. If it did, I could easily use this system for everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts on down emails in our organization so we can keep our inboxes clear for client messages. Monday is also a great place for document storage so everyone in the organization has access at all times.
