Wonderful and colorful mastermind that helps out any proces or project
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the tool serves as an extra brain. With a simple click it remembers any important status or update. Since the entire tool is an online element, everyting is saved automatically, it is accaeble from everywhere in the world and by eveyrone on the team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we get a lot of e-mails with updates and changes that have been going on. This is also because of our installed automations so it's not entirely Monday's fault ;)
another thing that might come in handy is a history button, where you simply could go back 1 or 2 steps > maybe this is possible already but i have not found it so far.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps us to make clear who is doing what, when there are doing it and with all the fixed deadlines. As a projectmanager it most helfull to get an complete overview over all the dfferent projects, from all the different artists.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part about Monday is the clean, well-organized user interface layout. It's easy to navigate and find/complete your tasks daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it lacks some capabilities that other more fleshed out project management tools (like ClickUp) have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday does a great job of displaying and organizing your tasks and projects without being overwhelming, which allows our teams to scale quickly without any extra fluff getting in the way. Although some fluff is nice...

I like Instant connectivity and huddle feature.

Stability is not working well. Calling feature not working sometimes.

There are so many ways to keep my projects organized! I have checklists for each board and you can really make each of them your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my team has found the automation don't always work and getting a hold of the Monday team to fix it is challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the way I collaborate with members of my team and others at work. All of my daily projects live there as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of visualizing the whole, of observing the status of each task (which has been completed, what is being carried out and what is missing). In addition to making it possible to know how my team is doing to finish a task

The tools for communication between the team and monday.com is not good. I have to use another channel to explain a task. If it were possible to have a chat for exchanging messages and explaining a certain task, it would be great.

In the distribution of various tasks and deadlines for everyone in the team, signaling the status of accomplishment by each one of the team. It increases productivity
Easy to use and convenient to manage content!
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of all my tasks that need to be done in one place and split them between different boards. I can also add attachments within the tasks so that everything I need is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the social media planner, sometimes I post the same content (one item) but over different days using different platforms and it would be convenient if I had the option where it says posting status to have it say 'Scheduled 00/00' aka with the date of when it's going out to recognise which are out on different days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of social media content that needs to go out and it allows me to keep track of all the posts and check off when I've scheduled them for different social media channels. Also, within my team, we have projects or key moments to be aware of and we use monday.com to keep track of them. Makes things easier in team meetings when we go through our monday.com lists!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an excellent tool for project management. I can set up Gantt charts to help maximize my time and workflow. You can set dependencies so that the next steps cannot be completed until the previous step(s) are completed. Allowing you to keep track of what your doing and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website can be a bit confusing to start, but eventually, you figure it out. There are also so many different things you can do with Monday that it can be a bit overwhelming when it comes to figuring out what you want to do vs. what you can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep all of my tasks in one place across all of my small businesses and side gigs. This software allows me to manage all of these in one spot!

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience using Monday.com for work. I found the platform to be user-friendly, efficient, and effective in helping me stay organized and productive.

Connecting certain boards to each other and creating an automation can be a little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team stay in the loop about all of our projects and stay on time.

I like that it allows me to keep myself, my team and my project organized. It is also connected to so many softwares I already use. Love it.

The integrations and automations makes life simpler and allows me to streamline day-to-day tasks that used to take up my capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team communications, delegation, automated emails, event planning and tracking, work flow management, budget tracking. It opens up my capacity and time to do other things.
