Monday.com is easy to set up and use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the look and feel of how to set up your projects. There are also youtube videos to help you get started. I use it to track the progress of clients through my pipeline as the consulting and implementation work is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a solopreneur package. I pay for 3 seats and I am only one person!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me track where a customer is in my pipeline!

I like that it's well organised, intuitive and graphically very appealing, great for team work

Sometimes it can have some bugs, I can't place elements in the right places on the calendar for example

Monday is helping our team to manage editorial plannings and any type of schedules related to work in an easy and collaborative way

What do you like best about the product?
A perfect way of keeping on top of actions, projects and scheduling. It also is a brillaint way of collaborating with colleagues - espeically in today's hybrid working world

Integrations with email would be a real benefit

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has tied all of our information together in such a convenient location. The system is easy to use and is great for communicating in the office. The fact we are all able to access it and make changes at the same time is useful and it means that a lot of information that used to be remembered is now out of our heads and creates a better headspace in the office!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that we have recommened/ raised, which have not been implemented. There is a space to share feedback though, which is useful and customer support are always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is moving our information from paperbassed to online in safe and secure way. It helps us to keep track using the timeline and communication in the office more efficiently.
The All-Around Project Management Site
What do you like best about the product?
It's a centralized place for all of our project updates and files. I work in an agency setting, so we have multiple client projects running all at once. monday helps to keep everything tidy and everyone on track with project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to reach the archived content on our boards. The process to access archived boards and/or tasks could be smoother with a clear "View Archive" button instead of the one hidden in a menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to solve the chaos of agency life. I have a very chaotic mind (both in personal and work settings) so it's good to know that project notes will always be on monday.com to refer back to.

As a Monday.com user, I can confidently say that it's one of the best project management tools I have ever used.
The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it simple for me and my team to navigate and get to work right away.
The drag-and-drop functionality is a particular fav. of mine - it makes organizing tasks, setting deadlines, and collaborating with team members cooler than a summer breeze.
Monday is also highly customizable -- you can tailor it to fit your workflow and preferences.
Plus, you can figure out the automation to save time, increase communication, and ensure that everyone is on the same page.

The only downside I've encountered with Monday.com is that some of the more advanced features can take some time to learn. However, the company offers plenty of resources and tutorials to help users get up to speed, and once you've mastered the basics, it's smooth sailing from there.

Monday.com is solving the problem of project management by providing a streamlined, user-friendly platform that makes it easy (and fun) for my team to stay organized and meet our deadlines.
Before using Monday.com, keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and collaboration was a hair-pulling struggle -- which often led to confusion, heartburn, tears, and missed deadlines.
With Monday.com, we are able to customize the platform to fit our workflow, automate tasks, and collaborate like a World Peace gathering in Stockholm, Sweden :-)
This has saved us time and increased our productivity, allowing us to focus on the actual work instead of spending time on administrative tasks.

Data sharing simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Data is updated and shared real time. It can also be set up to create different boards for different tasks with flexibility, plus you can set permissions to other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had experienced hussle with updating data from google spreadsheet and transferring it to monday which makes the process redundant. It will be better if data from monday can be linked to google spreadsheet real-time without the need to subscribe to a paid service.

Monday is able to make data management easier.
Cohesive, Easy, Accountability
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I use Monday for everything from daily task management to complex campaigns/projects. I'm able to stay on top of the work my team and doing, they can see the full schedule and add value where they see opportunities and we're able to make sure no one is bogged down and overworked. The team are also able to develop campaigns and projects that all the team can add value to, creating a more equitable and accountable workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the automation could use more flexibility when it comes to aggregating data from sub-items into item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of the Marketing Teams daily tasks through to complex campaigns and projects. We also keep track of all staff and their respective requirements from marketing (CVs, photos, event, etc)
Invaluable tool for long-distance collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I work on a small editorial team that mostly works remotely since COVID in March 2020, so to be able to schedule and assign projects, and then see their status updated in real-time without follow-up phone calls or texts has been a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than assorted glitches, such where it momentarily can't re-color or rename a group or doesn't move the group easily through drag and drop, I have very few complaints about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the editor of a monthly publication and a daily-updated website for a major motorsports sanctioning body, making assignments, tracking the progress of those assignments, and verifying that the stories have been edited and fact-checked makes my life easier. With one glance I can see the status of any project.
Great for Building Systems and for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I actually enjoy building boards and processes in Monday to help make our office more efficient. It's intuitive and, dare I say it, fun! Although my coworkers might gawk at my description of fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is that I can't automate mirrored columns. I'm unsure of the technical limitations, but this would make Monday exceptional if implemented.
It's also slightly annoying to have an idea, search for an answer, and discover that the solution has been "in the works" for a long period of time. Little things like time tracking only counting hours, minutes and seconds. It doesn't scale to days.

We work in a seemingly very disorganized field. Monday helps organize and improve our workflow so we're all more efficient and in communication.
