A game-changer for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to compartmentalize & share between departments and team members
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that need to be improved - mirroring should include updates, for instnace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves for me is tracking my tasks and projects, allowing me to report out etc with as little program-switching as possible. Being able to create items by emailing it to my board saves me from forgetting to do so manually. Being able to send updates directly from the items and/or tag the appropriate person saves me from needing to exit and compile update emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly practical and thorough, this tool empowers me to make significant optimizations. Its ease of use and security ensure swift access from various platforms, ranging from websites to apps. It's not just a boost to my work efficiency, but it also strengthens communication within my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of training and understanding with other team members
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This channel provides me with an excellent overview, supported by big data, which aids in my job. Now, I have a single space to manage my tasks and monitor all work activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Monday organizes my priorities for me week by week. It's the first tab I open when I log in, and it stays open all day. When it comes to the ever changing deadlines of agency work, Monday is my North Star.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times it might be a little too flexible, where I can accidentally change something that a PM should only have access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me on track for deadlines and sorting through projects that have multiple milestones
Great workflow tracking experience
What do you like best about the product?
I use it daily to track my workflow and coordinate it with the other people I am working with. There are a lot of automatization features you can use to make the workflow easier and save you a bunch of clicks that you would perform repeatedly. The flexibility of the setup makes it easy to personalize the workspace and make it tailored to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though automatization is a great strength of Monday.com, but learning how to implement it is a bit hard. I wish there were more small tutorials when I interact with the workflow to show me how to make things more automated and set up a better smoother workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need a meeting with my coworkers to know where they are at in their workload and work progress, I can see it and share it myself through Monday.
A great resource for project managers
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped me and my team streamline information, overview multiple tasks and projects and communicate effectively with each member of the team. It is a very useful tool in terms of planning, preparing and managing resourcers. You can attach files from other platformas and let your team know when you are working on or concluded a specific tast so you can move on to the next one. You can customise it accordingly to you and your team's needs and create different boards for separate elements of your project.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to take the time to explore it thoroughly to take advantage of all its tools, it takes time to adjust to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us put all elements together in one place and helps us see who is assigned to which task. It also works as a diary for us to note important dates or events occuring and what they need to take ahead. We can all collaborate and keep everyone updated with important tasks.

I absolutely love how user friendly it is. You barely need to take training to use it, because it is intuitive. The power it can bring to processes and businesses is unreal, and the use cases are countless.
They have a raft of templates to get you started, or you can start from blank and build it to suit. We use it daily, and any time we've ever needed help, customer support is super quick, friendly and they even go the extra mile of doing up personalised video content to demonstrate how to do something - i've never had that level of detail from any other product's customer service.
We don't integrate our deployment heavily, but those that we do have in place are virtually seamless.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only gripe i guess i would have is that some features are reserved for Enterprise level pricing, which companies can be reluctant to drop the money on initially, but during implementation our Account Manager gave us a trial of Enterprise capabilities and was very flexible and helped us make the right decision for the company at that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from tracking work in flat, static busy excel spreadsheets that were prone to human error, with zero automation - to centralising everything including comms and approvals out of Monday.com and it's saved us hours of work, meetings, and we have a full audit trail for everything.
Project management is a breeze with automations, and it gives us powerful out of the box reporting without any manual manipulation. Huge time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to have different boards/notes under my folder. I use Monday.com every workday! Customer support has been incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish using automations/integrations didn't have such a small limit as I have a ton of recurring tasks in my role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helped me consolidate all of my different to-do lists.
An excellent product to maintain order in work processes
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, integration with many other software, easy to learn how to use it even for those with basic knowledge of similar software
What do you dislike about the product?
that not all the features are available in the basic and pro versions and for advanced restrrictions the enterprise version is needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving all the processes in one orderly place, creating notifications, the possibility of sending materials even from those who do not use the software (using the form option)

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and ease of use. Can be applied to all of our company workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dificult to make fields required. Which can make it difficult to make robust workflows. Mobile apps are not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to track all of workflows. We are a smaller company and our workflows are constantly changing/improving. More traditional ERP systems such as SAP, make it diffcult to adpat as you grow quickly. We have found Monday.com to be a great solution for us
