Excelent platform
What do you like best about the product?
This platform allow us to have better organization in our workplace since it let you create different boards and manage them accordingly to your your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning is a big change to start implementing it when a company doesn't have any other platform like that but actually the platform is very friendly once you are onboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have all the details about a job in one place, check the history and take action for future corrections.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been absolutely amazing. This platform is very user friendly. It's surprised me every time I've used it. The features help make every task easy and efficient to use. I've used other platforms before Monday and I would never use anything else after using Monday. Especially because it's also mirrored to your phone so I can do everything on the go which makes my job extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything has been great. I wouldn't change anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All management solutions for my company. My assistant is able to upload and manage everything on Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
monday helps in team management in a simple and automated way, has easy-to-organize buffers and extremely efficient communication and file control between employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation could be more extensive, not limiting the interaction between elements to what is already pre-defined.

An easy to use, flexible product that can save time & resource for almost every department
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility and drag and drop nature set it apart. It's so easy for non-tech users that it makes the IT department's life much easier and allows them to control their own work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you become heavily invested in it you will want to keep a close track on integrations - my main bug bear at present is a lack of pro active alert when these fail - there is tracking available but you need to look for it rather than be notified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking, visibility of workload, removing manual admin tasks

What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find the undo option. Fore example if I move the specific task to another part of the board and want to just simply move it back I cannot do it. Usually, I do such things but clicking Command + Z but it doesn't work in this case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just makes my tasks more clear and makes it easy for me to prioritize them by importance.
Timeframe works great, I can always check the progress of the tasks and their deadlines.

I absolutely love the timeline and gant views on Monday.com. It's sooo easy to use and plan my days/weeks/projects all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Monday.com is the ability to easily delegate leads and tasks to the appropriate staff. Implemenation of routing was very easy and we were able to integrate our webforms as well. We use Monday.com all day everyday to make sure that every team member knows exactly where every project, opportunity and customer support request stands.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven't determined any specific downsides to Monday.com

Great tool for teams to organize their workload
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday helps my team stay organized & efficient when it comes to getting tasks completed. We're able to track how much time we're spending & assign tasks to different people. I also find it so easy to use - we use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints! The website is easy to use, helps you track time, assign people to projects, and even sends email automation when you press certain buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us keep track out our tasks without letting us miss anything. Since implementing it we've been able to keep tabs on how far we are through projects.

I think there is no relevant downsides because the features are so helpful, maybe a better framework with a calendar system, but I think it is great the way it is. It would just get better with the calendar form.

The communication with my team is way faster and it is saving me time. We can set up marketing agendas and posts for our social medias.
