Reliable Tool for Project Management, Costly for Larger Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the robust capabilities of Monday Work Management for tracking tasks and clients, as well as organizing information. The transition from Excel was seamless. Setting up the platform was straightforward, and I value its continuous updates with new features. The ability to automate tasks within boards and use forms for team information gathering is excellent. Despite the Slack integration issues, the integrations are a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to stay organized, tracking tasks and clients effectively, centralizing information for easy decision-making, while benefiting the team's organization and project management across companies.
I usually describe Monday.com as the prettier version of a spreadsheet
What do you like best about the product?
I love working in it and really enjoy seeing the updates. It is very useful to keep everyone up to date on ongoing projects and visualize data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue for me at the moment is having to convert currencies by myself, and not having the possibility of having formulas on the rows (just for the columns) or rows that refer to eachother like a spreadsheet. I would also love to have it integrate more seemlessly to Shopify and GA4 to ensure the data I'm inputting is fully correcy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep up to date with projects, KPIs and reporting and sending automatic emails to the right person.
Fantastic visual and very easy to operate.

Very helpful in the fact that you can move things around easily - has got plenty of features as well which help for clarity on your sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesnt save history - so if you do over type something you aren't able to get it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making things a lot more visible and traceable - we use it for tracking our larger projects and there is plenty of reporting you can pull out of it to see where you are a given point in time.

It isn't possible to automate based on the outcome of formula columns.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and intuitive to customize the automations. I bid on a bunch of government contracts every day and I needed some way to keep up with all the bids/due dates/production dates/awarded bids. Monday has proven to be the perfect platform for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer a better CRM setup. It seems a little "clunky" for importing contacts and connecting them to the board posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep all of my government contracts organized by agency, due dates, and bid amounts.
Streamlined Processes and Project Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com helps me and my teams to keep our projects organized and on track with our deliverables. I like the automated passing system and how efficent it makes this process. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are so many options that it can get overwhelming, but ultimately this is nice for flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our tracking and accountability system, so we always know the status of a project and who to reach out to if we have questions.

Monday.com is very versatile, allowing us to use it in multiple aspects of our company. They are also always updating it, so we are always getting new features.

The price is but steap, but for what you really get it's worth it.

We need one place for all of our employees to interact and update in real time, and Monday.com solves that.

Lack of training and having a personal rep.
